It was loud, felt kind of harassed to attend the tour so they can sign you up for the program or whatever. The pool and arcade were nice I guess but nothing to write home about.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AS USUAL MY ONLY DISSATISFACTION IS CHECK-IN IS AT 4 PM AMD THAT WATER SLIDES CLOSE AT 5 PM I DO THINK THEY THINK ABOUT HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS OR THE ELDERLY BECAUSE THATS EVEN THO THE POOLS ARE OPEN UNTIL 10 WHAT IF THEY WANTED TO RIDE THE SLIDES OR EVEN THE SPLASH I DONT AGREE WITH THOSE TIMES I THINK 7 PM IS FAIR TO GIVE PEOPLE ENOUGH TIME TO CHECK IN MAKE IT TO THEIR ROOMS CHANGE ETC ESPECIALLY THE ONES WHO TAKE LONGER TO GET READYEverything was great as usual. My only dissatisfaction is that check-in is at 4 PM and the water slides close at 5 PM. I don't think they consider handicapped individuals or the elderly, because even though the pools are open until 10 PM, they close the water slides early. What if they wanted to ride the slides or enjoy the splash? I can't entirely agree with those times. I think 7 PM is fair to give people enough time to check in, make it to their rooms, and change, especially for those who take longer to get ready.

My kids and I are from the east coast. We all enjoyed this resort. The food at the restaurant was good. I am tired of driving so I used Uber to visit a few beautiful shopping areas. Everything was close including an aquarium. Pools were clean, our condo was clean and spacious. We have referred friends. My kids have special needs, never had issues. The life guards are super friendly with the children. *****

Super spacious and family friendly. Villa had a split floor plan which was great for the kiddos. Each room had an outside patio. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of sitting space. Outdoor pools were fun for the kids and with a few pools to choose from, it never felt crowded.

We enjoyed the stay overall. One thing i did not like is that the lifeguards will just shut the pumps off the the kids pool/waterpark area without telling anybody even with kids still playing on it. I get they have times but at least tell the paresnts sitting there. I think it was very unprofessional.
Apparently the hours changed after labour too and we were not told that at checkin the day bedore labour day. And make sure your kid is tall enough for the slides. They should probably list that on theirbsite too that they need to be a certain high. Would not even allow your kid to sit on your lap.
As for the rooms. It was nice big rooms. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed that. Parking is very accessible and not far away from the rooms.
I would not recommend opting into the holiday points/timeshare seminar at checkin when you have kids. They say its kid friendly but its absolutely NOT!

Definitely not their fault, but there is an active construction site next door. We woke at 0600 to a lot of banging from the construction site. Funny thing is later that morning, it was not nearly as noisy. Facility is clean but a little outdated. Rooms are very big. Overall, would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. Based on the time of the year it was not very busy which was nice. It’s clear that local families come there in a weekend for a birthday party. Our room was perfect, until the last night when the room above us was booked and it sounded like elephants above us. The pools were clean, the pool chairs would benefit from an update but that’s just being picky. Love that all the things I needed were in the room, dishes, washer dryer, appliances. The location whole nice is a bit far away from anything. If you have a car and don’t mind the fast freeways you’re good. Overall a nice property that works

This place is truly amazing. We are staying in the 2 bedroom apartment : 2 bed, 2 bathrooms, complete kitchen, dining room and living room. It is spacious and very modern. The entire resort is clean. There are multiple pools, a restaurant and a game room to keep your family entertained for days. Had I known this place was so great I would have stayed here longer! The staff is also great. Big thanks to Arthuro at the front desk for helping me add a night to my stay.

I chose the property for the pool options, but found it was so much more. The pools were great, the property was very easy to navigate and landscaped beautifully. The room was super comfortable and had the amenities of an apartment. Will definitely be back.

The room was a 2 bedroom very huge and everything was sterilized and clean. An added bonus was the fire works you can walk out on the balcony and enjoy at night. Would defiantly recommend this property especially if you are traveling with kids or couples. The rooms were huge and the bathrooms were really nice also.

The staff were so friendly and amazing. Jason at the front desk looked after us so nicely after we had had such a bad flight to Arizona, he turned our whole trip around! Beyond the friendly staff, the property is a 10 out of 10! The rooms are clean and my kids are having a blast in all the pools. We will be coming back here for sure! Best holiday ever!

We live here in Phoenix, but we had our niece and nephew were in town. So we decided on a staycation. I searched a lot of hotels/resorts and this one just checked all of my boxes. MY granddaughter had an enjoyable stay they only thing I would say is the kids pool should have away for people with disabilities to get in that do not want to use the hoyer life and the kids splash pad some many things didn't work and the older kids in their was annoying.

It was unfortunate that the late check out policy was not explained at check in or during purchase of room months ago. Requested a late check out with front desk more than 24 hrs prior to ceck out related to a guest in our party not feeling well. Was denied, stating they were at full capacity for this request. Verbalized this to me as if this policy should had been known and such request should not be asked! Therefore, we will look at other options to purchase and have membership. Customer service is a priority with all purchases we make. Thanks

Sheets on master bedroom bed were very rough. Suite should have recycle can. Master bedroom shower was either all hot water or no water ( no pressure) and it’s 105* outside. A cool shower after the pool would have been nice. Suite was very spacious. Directions to which end of building your room was on would have been nice as it is a long building to decide where to park to unload vehicle. Very affordable.

We loved the pools, arcade, and grounds. Our villa was very spacious, relatively inexpensive, and had plenty of room for a family. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine and other amenities, such as the kitchen and washer/dryer. Getting to Phoenix and surrounding areas was smooth, even during peak times.

Overall our stay was good. The pool area needs updating more umbrellas, area leading into our room had debris and never was sweeped. For a weeks stay there should be cleaning in the rooms.
