Friendly staff and clean room. Worth staying again!

The people were nice. But TRULY this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at amenity and comfort wise.

There were plenty of loose hairs in the bathroom and hall vanity but it was late and they seemed understaffed. I used disinfectant wipes. There was no hand soap only a small bottle of body wash on the sink. The Keurig was very grimy on the inside so no quick cup of coffee before leaving. The bed was ok. The best part is that it was very quiet in the room so we slept all night.

Last minute reservation and extremely pleased with the whole experience

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From checking in to checking out, the overall experience was fantastic. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and very attentive. This hotel is beautiful. You won’t be disappointed staying there!

Checked into the room and there was no blanket or bed spread on the bed, just a sheet. There was no hand soap. The ice bucket was super sticky and the liner bag had mold on it like something had been spilled or the bucket was not dry. Asked for a few more towel and a blanket and the blanket was handed to me at the door. When I called for towels, they brought them up tossed in a trash bag. It felt like I was put into an un remodeled room? Walls were very thin and was woke up at 6am listening to very LOUD women cackling in the hallway and room next door.

Amazing place for the price!! Parking was tricky due to an event going on. But over all really lived this place

My stay was excellent. The only thing I found bad was the air conditioning, which is so loud that it can wake you up. Everything else was very good.

Was amazing hotel, very clean. Had no problem getting more shower gel after finding out the bottle was empty. Bed was very comfortable.

The wife and I stayed last night after the jelly roll concert! Hotel was pretty nice. Room was clean. The bathroom was a little small and didn’t have any toilet paper lol. The bed was just average and that’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars. We tossed and turned all night. But I’m just picky with my bed lol. Overall a decent hotel for the price

The renovation is AMAZING!! Service is excellent, as always. Rooms are beautifully rejuvenated. The dining and bar are nicely lit and very comfortable. The entire building is spotless and quiet.

I like simplicity - easy in, reservation was good, room was nice, did some work- watched a little tv - hit fitness room (clean), showered and good nights sleep - great stay

They did not have our reservation for 9/23 or 10/11. Then they said we could not leave our car there like I was told before I made the reservation. The desk clerk was not very polite. Our room had not been vacuumed since the last guest. I will not stay at this hotel again

Nice stay, excellent staff

For the price the view was horrible, it was a brick wall, the layout of the suite was nice however the furniture and colors were outdated and old. Needs renovation a new look. The large window outside the hallway between the vending machine and stairs on the 6th floor was filthy. I love the shuttle lady that picked me up from airport at around 3:30 pm on 9/9/24 super nice and helpful. I love the hospitality from Al restaurant, the hostess there were 2 females. The AC/ heater was loud when it turned on from auto mode.

Thin Blanket! Not warm enough! Bed not comfortable

We paid for a place to sleep so we should expect to have blankets. There were none. We had 2 sheets so we had to sleep in our jackets. Staff couldn't explain why there were no blankets. They just said that is the way it is. There was no way to turn the AC down. We froze all night. There was one washcloth and one cup for 2 people. All we got was we are sorry. They should have given our money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Check in first started out great. Then got a room that was smoked in and had been overwhelmed with smoke. The employee moved me it was fine. But then at 3:00am I woke to a alert that my business card was charged again after already being charged twice. The employee tried to make me feel as if I didn't no what I was talking about. Well corporate is what I do. You can't over sell and over talk me. I no what should and shouldn't be. I call my business they say get proof. I got that. But you shouldn't have to go through this. Charge me what I owe that's it. Then I called before I arrived to ask about the pool they said yes. Guess what no pool. I think I'll pass the next time. One good thing. It does look nice inside.

Property was nice and clean. Air conditioner in room was noisy when turning off and on.

Positives: - Evening desk clerks were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. - Local telephone representatives were very good. - Housekeeping kept the room tidy and towels were refreshed every day. - Several housekeeping staff were very friendly. - Easy parking. - Location convenient to fairgrounds. Negatives: - Al's Table restaurant was not good. A wait time of almost an hour for two persons could possibly have been attributed to short staff. We opted to sit at the bar in hopes of a shorter wait time. Bad choice on our part. Bartender was nice but not attentive at all. Blackeyed peas were acceptable. Fried chicken was mostly batter. Manager offered to discount the bill, and we accepted although we didn't ask for it. - Checkout clerk (woman with short spiky hair) on Sunday morning 8/25 did not crack a smile and was barely civil. A polite "thank you for staying with us" would have gone a long way. - No email receipt from Expedia or the hotel, and no printed receipt was offered by the desk clerk. She was in no mood to do anything for customers. This is supposed to be the hospitality business! Summary: - Will look for other hotel options next year. - Will definitely look for other dining options and be prepared in advance to order delivery. - Will call a hotel directly and not use Expedia. I want to speak to a telephone representative in the United States who speaks clear English and not someone on the other side of the globe whom I can barely understand.

Our stay was fabulous, we did have two occasions where the staff barged into our room without knocking after we had checked in and were in the room. There were no "Do Not Disturb" signs for the doors which would have been helpful. The restaurant upgrade is nice but the service was terribly slow, waited 40 minutes just to be acknowledged after being seated.
