Stay here has been good for the time I've been here

Never again the rooms never clean all the way or correctly the managers have nasty attitudes and rude I can name a few of them of let’s talk about the 25$ late fee or should I say 50$ late fee I have had to pay they choose on which late fee to pay when I was told it wasn’t one so they is ran every way but the right way

Shuttle Buss transportation is not reliable, the room smelled bad! Front desk staff were nice.

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Prostitutes, smelled like marijuana and cigarettes everywhere including our room. The room was nasty, I mean seriously this place is disgusting. the place they put your bath towels literally doubles as an ash tray.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were nasty, had an odor and the lady at the front that checks you in was rude and demeaning to me and my children.

Room wasnt clean. Towers was not changed. Room floor was sticking. This place is a zero star.

I did not stay. When I arrived I was told that they had given my room to someone else and that there were no available rooms. On top of that I was told that I had to wait two hours for the shuttle back to the airport. Then I was told I had to contact hotels.com. Also there was an elderly couple there in the exact same situation. This is all going on on the third day of trying to get a flight home on the middle of the chaos at the airport with no sleep.

There were stains on my bed sheets and the towels were dirty. Everything was outdated and the elevator smelled bad.

Drawers were missing from the dresser, stains on sheets, sink faucet was broken off Air Conditioner vents were missing

I booked here due to Delta's shenanigans with my flight. Be advised-the shuttle stop at 11pm, that would great know before waiting at the airport for almost an hour. The ONLY staff member on duty wasn't the fastest check-in with the influx of traveler's, but he was pleasant. I appreciated that. As for the property-the people loitering around & women walking thru (some with dogs) definitely gave the vibe that there are OTHER activities happening here. Smh. Lock your door, get some lite rest & leave. Simple.

Expedia booked a room with two double beds. Site agent would not change it to a single king with us having to Contact Expedia. When the did here back from Expedia, we had to pay the Hotel again. Trying to resolve with Expedia

No pool, outside the Room is Smell no good. The Room is clean but the other service its not good. No coffe inside the machine.The pool its not focntional and the people hôtel have dont Idea why the pool its not fonctional

The smoke detector was removed from the room, when I got there my back sliding glass door was open and would not fully close or lock. There were no towels or soap, the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and the property smelled of weed (prob why the smoke detector was absent). I felt unsafe

They didn't have my room, I was unable to stay there. Expedia made the experience much worse by removing any of live call support to deal with it and I had to sleep in the airport.

Bare bones hotel. Not even soap in the showers. Smelled like heavy smoke even though no smoking signs everywhere.

Do not stay here!!!!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because our room was very clean. However…. No soap or shampoo. Staff was surly and NO ONE would answer the phone. I got up early in the morning and tried to call to ask about soap, but…. So I went down and asked the staff. Older woman setting up coffee station told me I could get soap from the front desk…. I asked and the desk clerk told me I needed to get toiletries from the vending machine. Vending machine was out. Finally informed me I would need to go to the circle K at the Chevron station around the corner. I did not feel very safe, but fortunately, a gentleman that I sat next to on the bus from the airport walked with me. The elevators were FILTHY and disgusting. The bus that came to get us was falling apart and there was not adequate room for all the passengers so people had to wait for the next ride. This is a MOTEL, not an apartment near an airport, where people come because something happened with their flight and they often do not have the things they need with them…like toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap. C’mon!!!!

Weed smells at all hours. Very loud. Needs renovation.

Property Does not look like the pictures shown. Upon arrival there were 7 police car with 5 detectives which instantly was a red flag made my family and I feel UNSAFE. They were conducting some sort of investigation inside of the establishment. We waited in the lobby trying to get checked in for 30 mins, because they had a line of customers complaining. 1 person didn’t have a phone in their room which is unsafe, another couple complained about the smell and a leak. There are signs for no smoking but the entire place rinks of cigarettes. After waiting 30 mins I asked for a refund for the UNSAFE conditions. Neither the hotel nor Expedia offered a refund. 0/10 would not ever recommend. Usually Safety is first. In this case it’s the least of anyone’s concern. We booked at the Clarion and to our surprise we see the Motel 6 manager (who wouldn’t offer any type of assistance) booking at the same hotel if that isn’t a sign to run!

Everything horrible lately

Customer service was speedy & super friendly. The rooms were not what was shown online. They can be so much cleaner. Walls need to be cleaned, around the lights need to be cleaned. Clean towels need to be provided. Good thing I brought my own. The towels provided had hair on them. But this is a good place to come if you just need affordable to sleep.

Front desk man was very nice and that’s the only thing nice about the property. The whole place is run down and very strong odor Marijuana and cigar smoke. Shuttle service was horrible. Pretty sure much of the shady people lived in the hotel. Do not depend on the hotel shuttle. They take forever.

Upon arrival, 3 police cars parked outside. Due to whatever events, check in took over 30 min. After the long wait, key didn’t initially work. Had to wait 30 min. for shuttle when we dropped off the rental car the night before, which may have been a misunderstanding. Place is rundown. Room was ok, we got through it, but low water pressure, rust & the like will keep us from ever returning.

Hotel smelled awful, both in the lobby and on our floor. There was a huge roach near the elevator. There was water leaking from the AC in the room onto the wood floors, and the room was either too hot/humid or too cold. Close to the airport. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
