Sure a very clean inside and out motel. Definitely will stay again if I’m in the area. Staff was very nice. Breakfast looked amazing.

Friendly front desk. It is an older property. The bathroom was very small. Good water pressure. Good breakfast. Poor handicap accessibility and some rooms are quite a distance away from the front desk. Good access to many restaurants and shopping within a mile or two

Check in and no one told us the power was out.. get to the room and the toilet was broke and I call staff and they told me it was their problem.. staff was rude and unhelpful. Will never stay here again!!

Room was clean. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, TV and HVAC all worked. Dated shower but great pressure and hot water. Staff readily available. Older complex but is being kept in good order from what I saw.

I had a rough exit from home with a terribly angry four year old saboteur burning my wallet in the fire to prevent my departure. Long story short- your clerk was extremely professional, empathetic and helpful. My meetings were extended a day so I’ll be staying one more night. And the breakfast is awesome - with grits biscuits and gravy!

We stayed here 2 nights as the location was convenient to the Bon Secour Wellness Arena and downtown. The room was adequate to sleep, clean and secure. The bed was very comfortable.
However this Quality Inn & Suites reminded me of a Motel 6. There were obvious signs of age and upgrades needed, such as the shower curtain rod needs tightening. The shower faucet should be easier to work as we needed the staff to show us how. It was not a simple turn to the left or right. The bathroom door knob didn't snap closed without help. The ice machine, I'd never use. Lastly, why no doors to the sink area?

Front desk clerk was delightful, professional, competent and kind. The yellow flower in her hair brought a sliver of happy before having to check my son at Shriners Hospital and I appreciated her so much. Room of clean, comfortable. Fair pricing. Perfect location.

The property did not add that upon arrival you have to pay an additional $3 service for each night. The staff is not friendly at all. The drainage system is messed up so when showering the tub fills up with water. People are always hanging outside especially at night. You constantly smell marijuana. And 5 out of 6 nights I stayed there it was constant beating on the wall at night. Horrible experience.

Was not at all what I was expecting. First thought opening the door to our room was were gona leave here itchy. Ac unit in room barely worked, spent most of the night sweating and unable to sleep. The only kids channel on rhe TV had no signal. And I was so excited for a hotel breakfast bar and was so let down.

Staff was helpful and polite, slightly frustrating that guests are asked not to take their complimentary breakfast back to their rooms, but overall a good experience.
The pool looked nice, though we unfortunately did not have an opportunity to use it ourselves- several other guests and their children seemed to greatly enjoy it.
