The staff were very friendly and we able to help is with any difficulty that accured. Housekeeping staff were helpful. It was really nice stay.
The location of the hotel was great there wasn't much traffic.

We stayed one night, and it was wonderful. The associate checking us in was very friendly and helpful, and asked if we prefered a ground level or upstairs room, and gave me no problems when i came back a couple hours later after locking myself out. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved our little bistro set on the patio. Only thing we didnt love was the breakfast, the "hot items" were all cold, and the pancakes were undercooked. But the waffles were great! Over all wonderful stay and we will be back!

i’ve been out to Santa Rosa a couple times this was first time staying here that is super friendly. My check-in was so quick receptionist was able to give me a room closer to the pool. Breakfast was good. We loved our time in the pool. Would recommend if you have kids, my kids love the pool and the balcony in our room

Beds were comfortable. However the sofa bed was the worst ever. The grandkids couldn’t even sleep on it. The night staff Kathleen did find another room that I used with one kid. Finally got kids to sleep at 11:40pm

Didn’t get to stay. Made a reservation for our family of five and my parents also made a reservation to join us. We had to cancel due to the death of a grandparent as the services ended up being scheduled on the day we were to arrive. We reached out to the hotel and asked if they could accommodate not a cancellation, but a reschedule weeks in advance and they let us know that management would not accommodate any changes. For the ridiculously high price of such an average looking hotel I was very disappointed that they could not work with us at all. Especially since most hotels in the area were sold out for that same night. They definitely could have filled our spots with no problem.

It was a very nice hotel room however we were told to shut off our hot tub because it was leaking through door under us and so we paid a pretty penny and didn’t get the pleasure of using that service. I’m not a complainer and don’t like asking for a refund. Maybe next time it will be better. Besides that, breakfast was great, my kids had a blast with swimming at their pool and it was very clean and organized.

Quiet and convenient. Plenty of parking just a bit difficult getting into entrance due to traffic light less than 150’ from entrance. Fingers crossed you have a courteous driver that lets you turn into the main entrance as there is no designated turning lane to access entrance driveway.

This property allows smoking inside of Rooms. Expedia should totally tell you that in the details. We had to move rooms and it’s still smelled like smoke. I booked it because it said wine country and there is nothing wine country about it. It is basically a travel launch. The one nice thing is if you have a dog, the fee is only $20 and they have rooms with sliding glass doors in the back so makes it really easy to take your dog out.

Front desk was friendly and helpful when we needed pool towels and our room key fixed. Great to cool off in the pool (that area needs some cleaning!). Parking was easy and the hotel is well located. Thank you!

Nice, friendly staff. Conveniently located off the freeway, but far enough away so you didn't feel like you're right off the freeway. Starbucks is next door with some eateries across the street. The grounds are really nice, but honestly this is just a big motel. And unfortunately, the rooms are showing their age.
We had the suite with the jacuzzi tub, which seemed like a great idea until we saw the room. The tub is in the main room. No privacy, no fan, just a tub right when you walk into the room. My husband took our kid to get dinner so I could have some privacy and I ended up turning the entire room into a sauna. Not quite the relaxation I was hoping for.
The couch was worn thin and the little balcony was really dirty. I think with a some love and a furniture update, this could be a great place to stay a few days.

I would stay there again! The jacuzzi tub was nice and the pool was refreshing. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby :) bed and pillows were comfy.
