There's an event center beside the hotel. Unfortunately, there were events the whole time, in the evenings, when we were there. Couldn't sleep well until the events ended. Plus the event center uses the same parking as the hotel. Hence, we had to park a little farther.

Comfortable and very clean room. Feels/looks new and fresh. Continental breakfast and free parking were a bonus. Downside is the event facility next door. The music was extremely loud and went on far past my bedtime. After the music stopped the crowd drifted into the parking lot. Then came the boisterous voices and car engines revving and peeling out. I would stay again but suggest requesting a room on the opposite side unless you are a night owl.

In the past, we have stayed at Holiday Inns and have come to expect a certain level of quality and cleanliness. However, our recent experience at this property was quite different. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a standard selection and plenty of options. Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. The carpet was unclean and worn out, and the balcony was so dirty that we couldn't even step onto it. The windows were not soundproof, and we were disturbed by traffic noise and ambulance sirens throughout the night. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the gym and washrooms was below what we typically expect. Because of these issues, I would rate this stay lower compared to other Holiday Inn hotels we've visited, and we likely will not stay at this location again in the future. I also want to mention the surrounding area and neighborhood. We found the area to be less than ideal, and honestly, we felt a bit unsafe parking our car at night. Despite visible security, there were clear signs warning that if a car was stolen or damaged, it would be entirely the owner's responsibility.

Really quite impressive for its price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Beautiful atmosphere and would recommend to my family for future trips.

The hotel ran out of towels. For the family of 4, we only received 2 towels. When asked the front desk, the lady gave me nothing but attitude. Outside of the hotel is dirty and it doesn’t get cleaned. We stayed for over a week and not once has the cig butt got picked up from the ground as the ashtray was overflowing. The free breakfast was by far the worst selection that I’ve seen in a long time. We won’t be returning back in the future.

Front desk staff and housekeepers friendly and professional. We stayed for several days and were grateful for continental breakfast served every morning. The rooms renovated and feel bigger thanks to the layout of room. From a desk to fridge and microwave, I was satisfied compared to other similarly priced hotels. The shower looked older but water pressure was great and housekeeping cleaned every other day at my request. A family friendly place, my 8yr old loved the pool and room balcony. We sat out there couple nights to enjoy the weather. Beware the train tracks couple miles away but if your window is closed it’s not as bothersome. Located close to the interstate and Orange County attractions I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very flexible in my needs of request and very helpful.

The ac in the rooms didn’t work well. There was hardly any water pressure to shower. There was a drunk guy harassing me on my floor which front desk did move us but it was scary. Pretty sure we heard gun shots outside. It’s not in a great area. For the price it’s not worth it! The ants are horrible outside they were all over my car one morning and there was no food in my car either.

Good hotel to stay at as I have stayed there in the past but they gave me a room on the first floor and had to get used to the noises. Requested a room higher up but they said they didn’t have any.

Grea stay Clean rooms and really good breakfast options Also the pool was Cristal clear ! I wish they had a jacuzzi though.

Parking was okay room was great and clean with high ceilings balcony doesn’t not open.

Loud neighborhood

We stayed there one night. The room is spacious and clean. It has the fridge and the microwave which are not always in other hotels. We warmed the leftover at night for hungry kid. The breakfast is decent. We will stay again. One thing is that the outdoor pool might need to clean up, but overall kid had a great time.

Front desk receptionists were not friendly, rooms were not clean, swimming pool got no towers, water was so cold even in summer with hot weather outside, micro had no plate inside to use, $100/deposit was not confirmed that it will be refunded when checked out. We had to call back to request for a refund and the front desk hung up on us for couple of times. Manager was never call us back when we requested a call back. It was a very disappointed to stay at this hotel. Not reccoment for anyone.
