Only stayed one night, nice hotel very comfy bed slept well. Would have been nice if they had fresh milk in the rooms.

Nice hotel for a quick stopover and an easy walk to the train station.

Stayed in room 723 which was a good spacious room. Advantage of this one is there was a bath AND a shower. The shower is a bit small so showered in the bathtub, normally not liked by me but was okay for now. Walls are thin so when the neighbour is having a cold, you will hear him. Price is reasonable for what you are getting. Breakfast is very nice.

Hotel was okay, friendly people and beds were quite good. Bathroom outdated, small shower with a handle from the middle ages. Main issue was the thin walls between my bathroom and the bathroom of my colleague. She could hear everything which really don't like.

The hotel is a bit far from main station, approx. 15-20 min walk (more than 1 km). If you have to use very often the train then you must book some other hotel as taxi is a bit too much expensive here. If you wish to see orio center then hotel near to airport is recommended

Awesome place. Close to the airport so you can see all the cool airplanes take off. Excellent for early morning flights off Bergamo. Kind staff and great service.

A bit isolated - terrace was closed in August - no outside sitting areas - tea n coffee not replenished for second day and no milk provided at all. Restaurant was big n empty and prices could not compare to local offering. Don’t know how they stay in business. ll staff were helpful and professional.

This is one of the best property as I have stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast is good, staff speak English. Only drawback it is not close to train / bus station. From station one should walk for about 20 minutes. But the enroute is well lit and it is safety to walk. OVERALL WITH THE PROPERTY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A night needed after missing flight and having to stay an extra day. Extortionately charged EUR25 by taxi company from BGY to the hotel (10mins) so decided to walk back to BGY the following morning (20mins). So you can walk to the hotel from Bergamo airport - don't pay the taxi rates! Would be good if the hotel could put on an airport shuttle service or have agreed discounted taxi rates. Great room and friendly staff at this hotel but couldn't see much going on in the local vicinity.

It was a reasonable hotel stay. A bit dated lobby and corridors, but the room was nice. I also enjoyed a wonderful steak in the hotel restaurant for dinner and would come back again just for that. The area is not so close to the airport entrance and the taxi to the airport was over 30€. It’s also not close to city center, somewhat stuck in the middle.

Pleasant small-ish hotel on the outskirts of Bergamo, close to the airport. A good spot to stay on a quick trip for business.

Breakfast is amazing. Staff is really professional and kind. You can also check in at night. Fridge and minibar in the room. Very clean room and bathroom. Walking distance to main centre about 10-15min. Air-condition.

I Stay here 4 or 5 times a year and have done for the last 15 years. when im working in Milan area i always use this hotel. You will get a warm friendly service and a very comfortable bed. and you can have a choice of pillows so if you dont like the one on the bed just let them know

Great hotel stay on my layover. The hotel is close to airport on one side and the railroad on the other side. They have shuttle to airport and I walked to the train station in 15 minutes. The hotel is modern safe clean and convenient.

My daughter and I spent the night after traveling by plane and before taking the train to Venice. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. It is very close to the train station. Service was great. I totally recommend it.

we book as family group 4 rooms ,but no good experiance as no air condition working, no staff friendly, at the end paid extra for room kids and fight, I did request expedia to step in and refund me what extra hotel took 94 euro,please avoid this hotel,say 4 start but 2 star

I went to Bergamo just for girls weekend away. We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel was clean with a fair size rooms, good shower etc. Its shame its so far from the Cita Alta but we still enjoyed the walk up to the old tow and down to the hotel as the road was straight forward. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Not a four star stay! Room: Comfortable but very crowded for three paying adults. We were only offered a double plus a smaller bed. I must assume that our teenage child counted as a child at room allocation although we have payed a full rate for her. Service: receptionist polite at check in yet not very helpful despite the lack of clientele waiting to be serve; information we were given on transportation to airport/ ordering a cab was succinct and almost prescriptive, we felt pressurized in placing an order for cab shortly after check in ( 21:00 Hours). Bar attendant came across as rushed and bothered to provide some hot water for a hot drink,despite deserted premises. It took two separate trips back and from the room to the bar for the person to provide two half full small pots of hot water. There is no kettle/ hot drinks making facilities in the room!! It would have made a difference for an early riser who can not access the breakfast bar commencing at 07:00 am. taxi company commanded by the hotel is a rip off: taking a significantly longer route on the motor way to drop us off: 2 Km for 16.6 Euro!! Value for Money: No, due to added costs for transportation by cab. The hotel is not easily accessible for the person who does not know the area and /or using public transport, especially at night and on Sundays ( some buses do not run at whereas finding a ticket dispensing machine for public transportation seems impossible after 20:00.

Very good hotel, surprisingly rich breakfast buffet , reasonably close to the center, exceptionally friendly staff.
