They only serve bkfst. in the rest. and you have to pay for it. No place to have dinner if you do not have a car, you can walk but options are limited. Cost 38-39 dollars to uber to downtown monteral.

Did not feel safe. Left. Did not stay. Looks like they are doing short term rentals and people just loitering around. Also the front desk advised that car theft could be an issue.

Negatives: they didn't follow through with one of our requests, and not being able to charge tips at the restaurant on our room is not convenient

Horrible room with left behind super stinky socks..had to change rooms. Hotel not updated for a while. Reception service friendly but requested to leave guarantee $ and would not be return until 5-7 days?!

It was a good location, but a bit of a hassle to get around the area due to the interstate being under the bridge it was across. However, it was a a great location for shoppers due to the mall being a few blocks away. Overall an 8 out of 10 hotel.

Property was run down. We were there for a hockey tournament and one of our group’s cars was stolen. Another of our group had their camera stolen from the room. The restaurant in the hotel was only open for breakfast.

The place is calm and quiet, good place to go and discover the city of Montreal, close to the bus stop.

They do not clean our room, you have to ask them for towels, soap, coffee everyday. The manager said the clean rooms every four days. We request everydsy .

The area was pretty good. Walking distance from the mall and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was not available due to an event so I cannot rate it. The staff very friendly and polite overall. Definitely recommend.

The need to do more for customer service, specially front desk very slow and unprofessional.
Alexia was worse customer service in front desk took for 40 munities to check room for us, same time make us waiting she took a phone call not even apologize to us.
Hotel need more renovation and washroom was old and paint stir off. Hall way wire. I will not recommend my friends there.

I do not specially recommend the breakfast, they are fine, but I would make better at home and rather expensive for this quality.

Rotten furnitures due to water and humid conditions

The accommodations during Metallica were difficult to find, commuting back and forth was very expensive staying here. The rooms had one of the best A/C systems that I’ve experienced in the last ten years.
The rooms need to be updated, there were limited staff to accommodate the influx of the people staying there, but all the other services were in safe operation.
In similar circumstances I would stay there again, but it would not be my first choice.

For what we payed for the room $299 per night it was okay but for the that price I expected the hotel to be update a little more to make that price reasonable because hotel needs some upgrades like the rooms and machines system some stuff was really noise because they need service done to them but all in all it was to bad of a stay
