I've stayed at a lot of budget motels on this cross country trip and this one was a very pleasant surprise. It had the look, feel and function of something much pricier.

The facility is old and run down, Heating unit was so dirty hardly any air flow on high speed and did not provide any heating. It was so cold I left at 2:30 am. Now I am having trouble getting my $150 deposit refunded, a surprise they even required it. Management had no interest in feedback and even got rude at my comments

Drug users behind the building. Noisy. Really basic, needs renovation. Nice staff and sheets looked clean

They have no posted hours anywhere and will not let you check in after 9pm. While waiting for hotel staff to show up 3 different homeless people approached the hotel and linguered around the building. I left after noone asnwered any calls and ringing the doorbell.

This hotel is just ok. Not super clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable. They were square throw pillows. Checking in was bizarre. They also advertise breakfast but do not have breakfast.

Cost effective place to stay for 6-8 hours

Easy check-in, convenient location to Freeway. Advertised as having free breakfast, but was told that was no longer available. This amenity should be removed from description.

The bathroom was very old and had mold around it. Not fit for service.

Pretty basic, but very clean and has wonderful service. Good overnight stop.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but the bathroom needed to be updated. Bed comfortable and it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Room was ok but bed covers had cigarette burned marks and holes on it.

We were very pleased with most of it. We had to wait a long time for the front desk person to get there when we arrived and we had to get them to fill the ice, when we left, but the room was very clean and the everything else was very nice. For the price, it was fantastic!

The room was stifling hot when I checked in. Had turn the heat off and open the door for when I first went in. Would have been nice to have a channel guide for the TV but I couldn't find one in the room.

Booked it because reviews were ok and price was good. I now realize people give good reviews because of a low price. I will definitely not stay again because it was very tired. Burn holes in bedding, furniture was beaten up, shower was covered in mold. I’m not saying it was terrible, just that it could be cared for more and I will pay more next time to stay at a nicer place after driving for 12 hours. The learning is; don’t believe customer reviews because they can be misleading due people mixing up low prices with a good review.

The website stated they have a continental breakfast. When i got to the location the manager told me the website was incorrect. They didnt have a continental breakfast.

The staff was polite and professional, friendly. The room needed repairs to the water damage on the ceiling, replace the bathroom door which was broken. The staff must be mindful of reducing the overuse of air conditioning. My room was a freezing 62F degrees when I first entered. Reducing excessive use of energy slows climate change. The room was clean. One German cockroach was in the bathroom. No other pests seen during stay. The grounds were clean and well illuminated at night.

We needed a place to grab some sleep on a cross country drive and this was inexpensive and adequate for our needs

First time staying at econo lodge in Knoxville. We had a pleasant check in, the room was clean and smelled clean. Only bad thing about it was the bathroom floor. It could used a good bleaching. The tile was black looking from probably mildew. Other than that it was pleasant.

In all honesty, we paid little for our 1 night stay. The bathroom needed some cleaning, it looks like some mold was covered over by silicon. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The "breakfast included" was a farse. Breakfast was a brown paper bag with cookies, granola bars, a mini coffee cake, and Chex Mix.

We chose to stay here for a quick stop to check our Knoxville while traveling. The hotel grounds were very beat up like managment has not put any money into the place in many years. We witnessed a plethora of what seemed to be crackheads wandering outside. Plus also saw a drug deal go down in front of it. Our check in was delayed because they were understaffed. We requested an accessible room and they put us on the second floor. We get to the room and there’s black mold around the caulking in the tub and shower. The ceiling had a roof leak coming through but didn’t seem like it was something new. When we wound down from our travels, we were trying Wi-Fi and tv, neither of which were working. We called the front desk and they said “sorry it just doesn’t work”. The only good experience was the lady at the front desk. She was nice and the location of the hotel is pretty solid. I don’t think the current staff is that bad, they are just making do with what they can. However, this hotel needs a serious update and new manager to actually run this hotel. I have stayed in cheap hotels before but there are basic standards that this hotel has not even met that those others do.

Stayed there last minute for a concert. Good for sleep, but otherwise kind of run down. Nothing impressed me, but it was cheap!

Walls are paper thin. Noisy from inside and out. Blankets are also paper thin, no extras in room. We froze. Heater did not work. Too cold in morning to shower at 65 degrees.

We had bugs in the room and left the building immediately!

What a dump. The carpets and furniture were all stained and clearly not cleaned. There was a pair of dirty socks laying on the floor next to the bed in what should have been a cleaned room. The bathroom had bugs and large cracks along the wall. The bedding seemed clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was clearly not cleaned to today's COVID standards. I will never stay here again.

You get what you pay for... a cheap hotel. Everything was stained, the linen, bedding, blanket and towels. Parking was very convenient. Staff was friendly
