Stay was okay just spoilt by the unexpected parking charge. Which I did manage to get refunded after a head company complaint as App just states parking available. No details of any charges.

Booked into an adjoining room with lock missing from adjoining room!! Then booked into a room with Aircon in corridor rumbling on and off constantly - noise was awful

Average hotel. Good service but rooms need upgrading/ vacuuming! Need more lighting in the rooms too. Service was good and so was the food.

Booked and paid for 2 rooms and hotel only had 1 room Very inconvenienced as check in at 2am, so not many options to find number room Will be requesting full refund for such a bad service

A beautiful hotel just a short drive into the City. A very comfortable room, nice communal area and a nice meal in the restaurant. Free parking was a bonus too.

Perfectly adequate Business Hotel on the outskirts of Cardiff. Comfortable room, excellent King-size bed, would definitely stay again for a night but not for longer as not within walking distance of city centre.

Clean room but poor service in restaurant from poorly trained and generally disinterested staff. Terribly long wait for service or food. When the food arrived it was passable. Overall it reinforced why Accor Group hotels are my choice of last resort if all others are full

My stay here was ok, I was disappointed to find on arrival that you now have to pay for parking which I have never had to do at my many previous stays here. Taking that in to consideration I probably won’t stay here again as it is quite a bit out of the city centre and the free parking always came in handy as you could use that money for an uber into town but if you have to pay both you might as well stay in the centre and just pay for the parking there. Also would like to say on checking out the 2 reception girls completely ignored me for some time as they were on there phones texting, not very good in my opinion.

Worked perfectly fine for our needs with an excellent location for our weekend. Very understaffed and just lacking any extra touches. Rooms and bed nice but bathroom not very clean.

Modern and comfortable room let down by minor repairs which should be addressed. The tv on the wall is not secured. Window latch not working properly. Mould in the corner of the room and in the bathroom. Would stay here for the budget price we had but would have been annoyed had we paid the significantly higher price of a Saturday.

Pleasantly surprised much better than I thought it would be. Room nice and clean everything you need and comfy bed. Restaurant for breakfast very good and decent coffee.

Easy booking. Easy check in. A bit of confusion over parking. Free for guests but receptionist for some unknown reason mention £8 parking? Got it sorted in the end. Stain on chair in room just avoided it. Had to move tray of tea making to near a plug to use it. Not thought out properly

One night stay for a friend’s 40th so I was just after somewhere comfortable & friendly to lay my head for the night that wasn’t going to cost me an arm & a leg. This place ticked the boxes; the staff who greeted me on reception were pleasant enough, the room was spacious, clean & neat. My only minor niggles were that the safe didn’t work, the ventilation by way of air coming in through the windows wasn’t very good (I do understand hotel policies regarding windows etc.) and that I had to pay for parking whereas the people who checked in just before me were told they didn’t need to worry about it… this wasn’t properly explained to me when I asked, but after a 6 hour drive down & just wanting a hot shower I didn’t want to get into anything ec. except my room & just relax before going out again. Overall I’d happily give 4* out of 5*

Very comfortable stay, cleanliness was very good, food was great, all in all I'd happily rtn. At check in however it wasn't recognised that I'd prepaid for my room and the receptionist tried to charge me, it was quickly rectified but it was an inconvenience. Parking is £8 which isn't advertised on here. Not too sure about reception being just a desk though! Felt slightly cheap with no customer privacy.

Very average hotel, awful service. Wrong room type, not particularly clean and badly fitted out room. Most annoyingly though I have been overcharged for the car park, they put TWO additional charges through and i can't get through to the hotel by phone to get them to do a refund of these. Will probably end up raising a card payment dispute.

We stayed quickly overnight and didn't have breakfast but everythng was clean and tidy in our room and excellent check in. Next time we will have breakfast for sure.

Serious concern regarding the extremely slippery shower flooring. A definite liability. Thankfully I checked before using and placed a hand towel down as a mat.

No mention on confirmation of £9 parking charge. Reception told me it was clearly shown on website but couldn’t find it when she went on!!

Regular guest, convenient for work site, room was comfortable though couldn't close window due to restrictor damage. Corridors looking tired. Breakfast was good. outdoors n parking areas need some maintenance.

Great hotel, lovely large rooms and after having to leave another hotel due to An awful experience there with rude staff and dirty room this was such a relief how friendly the staff was and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again, not too far from anything with a great number of parking spots and easy to find

Modern and clean

Not a bad hotel, especially for the price. But the beds were really lumpy and could use a new mattress! Also didn’t help my sleep that the room was next to the generator because the noise was awful.

Spacious room and great decor. Whilst there was a large shower, it only had a rainfall shower and no hand held one, which wasn't very practical. Large car park and easy access into Cardiff by cab.
