I work for a traveling bartending company and do a lot of events at cowpalace. My friend and I had a wonderful experience. Not too often you find a room that offers two king beds. Checkin staff was super nice. No ice machine on third floor (odd numbers) and second didn’t work but at least first floor worked. Water pressure was great too.

Check in was easy.

They assisted with moving rooms bo issue after.

I always stay here when I visit the city to see family. Perfect location to freeways and plenty of restaurants to order from. Amazing staff and great breakfast available!

Room was comfortable but was an outside door (security concern). Complimentary breakfast was basic and only average compared to other hotels (no variety day-to-day). TV channels were very limited compared to other hotels, no channel guide was provided, some channels were fuzzy and remote had some buttons that did not work.

The room is clean and well- attended. The wifi is slow and connection drops often. The hotel is near a railroad track, hence, if you're a light sleeper, might not be good for you. Breakfast buffet free with stay, with adequate food choices. The surrounding area feels desolate and isolated.

Two thing that people know prior to a reservation. 1. Make sure you do not care train noise begining 5 am. 2. Airport shuttle runs every 45 min. And the last shuttle in the morning is 9:30.

Great stay. Safe for 3 women. Breakfast was really good , loved multi waffle makers. Really liked they had luggage carts to use.
Will stay here again.

The room was very clean, and the beds were big and comfy. We loved the walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Didn't like the parking. We arrived a little late and had to park far from our room.

For the price it was pretty good. The furnishings were a little beat up but it was clean. I would stay there again. Oh and they had oat milk at the continental breakfast. It’s such a small thing and so helpful.

The service at the hotel was non existent. We requested cleaning they never came. We had to go to the front desk for towels. There were lots of people hanging out in the hallways near the parking lot smoking and the lobby was alwys filled with ppl. Ppl banging on our door late at night. The walls are thin so we could hear ppl banging in the next room. There was no sugar at the awful breakfast buffet for our 3 night stay. The only good thing is the room when we checked in was clean and the water was hot!.

For an economical stay near the airport, this place is fine. It's not fancy. It's right by the freeway and so it's noisy. There's a daily charge for parking, which I didn't know about when I made the booking.

Great weekend place to stay last min. Mathew loved it… beds were comfy and clean room.. check in ladies very polite. Area around is actually nice and felt safe.

Was not totally bad. The usb plugs by bed did not work! You had to do everything from the bathroom it was the only plug in that worked. No plugs in bedroom worked. The bed was okay not the best but the price was right so you can’t have everything I guess!

Front desk staff was pleasant.
The facility itself looked very run down even for a comfort in. The lobby needs a revamp. The inside of the rooms were decent but the exterior grounds could use a revamp. I don't think we'd stay there again.

The elevator makes a scary sound when closing and opening.

The staff on site and the room were great. The shuttle driver was AWFUL! He was a terrible driver or maybe he was just annoyed to be working at midnight but either way we were concerned for our safety several times. But the women at the front desk were fantastic.

Nice hotel, clean room and good bed. We were early and the manager checked us in.

This was adequate for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable and they had the usual choices for a free breakfast.
The hotel was across the street from a railway and the noise from that penetrated the room periodically. It was also a good walk from any place to buy food and they only had soda vending machines.
