The Hotsson never disappoints. The staff is excellent and the property is well kept. Always important to me are the beds and they are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are always good.

I love staying at Hossson when I travel to Leon. The hotel is situated not to far from the city center and not too far from the edge of the city, which makes it getting around the city very easy. The bus station is close by and the leather district as well. Great for shopping! The rooms vary from a comfortable basic room to suites, which I've stayed in all types at this location. If you can, I recommend reserving one of the bedrooms on the club level. It grants you access to a lounge which is inclusive of food (light snacks and fruit) and beverage (alcohol too!) The lounge has a spectacular view of the city as well. This is my go-to hotel when in Leon.

The room not very clean hair in the floor from someone else’s when I arrived needs a new countertop in the bathroom the material in old and have some stains

Would not allow me to have breakfast inside as I was on my own and table was set for four or to people. Some staff were rude. Not friendly may be I was English. Then others were lovely. Was not worth the money. The raddison portfolio was a better option I had friends stay.

I left one day early because the A/C did not work in my room. Nobody came to fix the A/C. I requested a fan and they never brought one. Extremely disappointed. Wish I could get a refund.

Excellent Location! Very close to Plaza del Zapato. Hotel looks a little bit outdated from the outside, but the rooms are totally renovated and very nice. We would definitely recommend and return.

A very nice hotel. Large room with good amenties. Comofrtable and with a very nice bathroom. All that was missing was racks for luggage. Lighting at the bath mirror was not sufficient to shave or do makeup. Balcony was useless because of the traffic noise.

I always stay at hotsson hotels when available. The VIP lounge had excellent service as well as vitrales. All personnel were great. Only minor thing i noticed was my room 704 needs a little update, floor and bed noisy .
