I had an Emergency and found this location were I was treated like a queen. 5 star service and location.

Noisy room. Multiple elevators not working. No local channel on TV so not able watch sports. Staff were polite and convenient to airport with good shuttle service

The hotel runs a shuttle van to National Airport every half hour from early morning until 11pm. Great service!

A lot of good things about this hotel but the breakfast buffet sucks. Food cold and overpriced. No sugar free syrup. Also one night a bunch of 8th graders ran up and down the halls screaming at midnnight. Chaparones ineffective and seemed to justify the action of the kids. Security not in sight.

The room was clean and the service was fine. I asked for an accessible room to see what it might be like if I traveled with senior parent. I was put at the end of hall on the first floor. I don’t think my parent could have walked easily to the end from the elevator. I was kind of disappointed

Staff was not friendly at all. Restaurant on premises (O’Malleys) had drink issues. Hotel was clean but the unfriendly staff made it undesirable. Will not stay here again.

Cleanliness and bed comfort. Front desk and quest service is helpful, friendly. Guest services kept my room clean and property clean.
I had a hard time parking. It was filled up when I returned from funeral. I drove all around the place. I went to the front desk and they allowed me to park in a restrictive area of the garage.

It should be highlighted that this hotel charges $38 per day for parking, breakfast is a surcharge and that their shuttle to airport runs only from 4am to 11 pm had I know this no way I would’ve booked this hotel. I have stayed at numerous IHG across the nation as I travel often for my employment and with family and never have I been charged parking, or for breakfast at one of these hotels. Having this information at the bottom of a long list of amenities that I have to click onto separate pages rather than highlighting them before checkout like they do with every other silly item such as non smoking non refundable is crazy. Needless to say next time I will be seeking other hotel to stay at and use points at.

I check in first day The shower in the bedroom doesn’t work take me all hour to move me to the other room then I had to work. I came back at night to take a shower and I was no hot water. I stayed tonight and the second night ended up to take a shower with the cold water.

Construction or plumbing repair floor above, when called about the noise, the lady at reception says she can’t do anything about it. I had to go a second time to request for change of room. Too much traffic boise too. Beds are extremely uncomfortable to sleep on.
