Virginia at the front desk is spectacular. Everyone else is, too. I would add some options to the breakfast buffet: bringing in one or two serl-service coffee machines with variety of choices would go a long way. Thank you

I know it's close to the airport, but a little bit expensive for the amenities. The rooms and fitness center are nice, but it's becoming slightly dated for the price. Overall, though, would stay again. Pretty views, great service and quiet.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the airport shuttle to check in staff. Loved the vibe of the hotel, everything was extremely clean and convenient. The elevators were fast and clean. We were able to walk ~10 minutes to a shopping area that had a ton of dining options. The airport shuttles were able to be tracked through the Hyatt website, so I would definitely recommend that for those like myself who get anxious waiting without knowing when the bus should arrive. Also, we rented a car through AVIS and the location was a ~8 minute walk. Would recommend staying here for business or pleasure!

The computer system was down and it took one hour for them to check me in without any compensation or allowances made for the inconvenience.

Michelle at the bar was amazing. Virginia at the front desk was attentive as well during check out. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I’d definitely stay again.
- Things to look at :
1. Pool area was not swept
2. One of the male restaurant workers used profanity in front of me, which was very unprofessional and an off putting. Tall guy with long hair. All workers should be professional at all times no matter who is around.

Room itself was nice and clean. The area is very congested overall, but could walk 15 mins to a Metro.
Parking is ridiculously expensive.
Maybe stay again when don't have a car.

Virginia and Mr Billy made the stay very welcoming. From the moment we were greeted at the hotel until our last minutes there. It was our 27th anniversary and Virginia made us feel very special. She made us feel very welcome. We will come again.

I had had a terribly long night at the airport. The manager kindly found me a room early. Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver, was very funny, friendly, professional, timely and genuine. The tomato soup was incredible.

The room was very small coming in the doorway was very small, the restroom small toilet is very low to the floor, popcorn ceilings. This hotel needs to be updated. Remove the carpet it makes the room smell as soon as you open the door you can smell old carpet.

This hotel was truly MAGNIFICENT! My stay here was absolutely wonderful! This recent visit was my first time coming to Arlington (mainly DC) and I definitely had a great time. Alan and Mai were so helpful towards me and made my accommodation so easy. They gave me a map to let me know what the surrounding area contained as far as activities and restaurants. This hotel is just mere minutes away from the airport too, so that’s super convenient! I most definitely will be coming back for sure! Thanks again Hyatt Regency Staff!!

Reserve this for a trip my wife and son took to DC area and she loved it. Only 4min drive from the airport and close by to things that she needed. Staff was very helpful. Overall she had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency at Crystal City

Missed connecting flight then had to stay over for about 5 hours. This hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very pretty inside and the breakfast/lunch restaurant was very good. The only down side is the room we had didn't have a ledge on the shower floor so we had to place a towel on the floor when showering so that the water wouldn't spill out as much. We would return again.

Buffet breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Drinks by Deborah were made with love. All the staff i encounter were very friendly and courteous. My biggest issue was hair in shower, on shower curtain and on the floor that clearly wasn't mine.
