Amazing resort with great amenities. Great place for a little get away with the kids. Only caveat for not getting 5 stars was the service. Some staff at times were not very nice, but I’m assuming they were just having a great day.

We arrived on a day that was 111 degrees. The room we checked into was 80 degrees and the ac was not working to cool it down. We required 2 fans to be brought to the room and had them going for the entire stay.

I thought the Fairmont was very clean, staff were very helpful and kind, food at all of the restaurants was all really good. The Spa was one of my favorites but It was all wonderful.

Great resort!

This was my first time at the property, very pretty and the service and hospitality was exceptional.

Everything was fabulous with our stay at the Fairmont Princess. The staff, food, pools, activities and the rooms were great! The huge property is gorgeous !

We were moved to the Privado Casitas along with another family that booked with us. The casitas were recently remodeled and sparkingly clean, spacious and well appointed.

This is an overhyped resort with no better amenities than other hotels in the area. As a five star rated resort, it should do a better job of treating its customers right and making sure they are taken care of and not trying to charge fees for reservations that are not even incurred by the guests staying there. I will give it one star and will not recommend to anyone I know.

A relaxing place to stay with excellent service.

Wonderful stay! The rooms were great and the dining options were excellent. Only wish the pools had more shade and a better sound system. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

Beautiful property and excellent services

Here's a refined version of your review: --- The location is exceptional and the pool renovation was impressive. We paid over $1,000 for a suite for the evening, where the check-in, valet, and bell services were all exemplary. However, the service left much to be desired. For Mother's Day, we rented a cabana at over $1,000, which did not include any food or beverages. It took our server 45 minutes to greet us, and our initial food and drink orders did not arrive until 90 minutes after we were seated. Our server checked in infrequently, about once every 45 minutes to an hour, compelling us to often fetch our own drinks at the pool bar or rely on pool staff to take our orders on their phones. It was evident our waitress was overwhelmed, managing all the cabanas and chairs in our area by herself—a clear oversight in management’s staffing. Dining at the Asian fusion restaurant that evening proved mediocre. The food was average, and the service was lackluster. We ordered a kid's steak plate along with our main courses, but the child's meal arrived 25 minutes after the other entrees and was undercooked and tough. We chose to simply ask for the bill and leave. Despite its potential and renowned name, we found this property overpriced and underwhelming in service quality. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Absolutely beautiful property with tons of amenities. Traveled with 2 kids and they loved everything about our trip, especially the sunset beach pool, dippin dots at the splash pool, and cecil the turtle :) 5 star! We loved it.

Great pools for families. Mexican restaurant was wonderful. Some of the staff could be more friendly. But the arrival staff is lovely
