The room was adequate. But the TV had no local network channels. Most were foreign or advertising stations. The only thing we could watch was news.

I called the day before our arrival to reserve a shuttle to Port Miami at 12:15. I asked if I should pay it then or when I get there and they said when I get there. Then when I checked when I got there it was not reserved because they said I had to pay for it first. Luckily I was still able to get on but would have been very upset had there been no room. At that time I also asked for the late check Go at noon since we had a shuttle at 12:15. That part was taken care of for us. I was also a little disappointed that I booked the room specifically because it offered free shuttle to and from the airport. But then found out the shuttle service stopped before our flight got in so we had to pay for an Uber

Stephanie in reseption was very nice and helpful. Checkin was fast and easy.
Parking is easy and safe.
Room was decent for the price.
Breakfast is almost just a coffee and waffles and muffins. Overall pretty fine

All I will say is I did this to be close to the ship I was getting on. I did not even take off my clothes for bed I didn't trust it even though I inspected the bed. I got up took my shower and was out before check out. When I come back next year, I will definitely put more money in my stay IDC if it is one day. But the front desk was really friendly the two ladies i encountered there were really professional and one had really great hair lol But im sorry never again. Ladies go find yall some better jobs you two are to good for that motel. Stayed Oct.25th one night

I previously stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago. It use to be my go to hotel for overnight stays when in transit at MIA. However, my recent stay in October this year reveal that the hotel has deteriorated badly over the years and is in serious need of renovations. Firstly I arrived at the hotel shuttle pickup point at MIA and waited for over an hour looking for the familiar Red Roof van. After about an hour wait I called the hotel and was told that they are using the orange van marked Hampton Inn. What? That bus had already circled around 3 times but there are no marks to indicate that it was also picking up Red Roof Inn guest. How would anyone know that? Secondly I went to the front desk to inquire about information about getting food, I was told by a gentleman who did not appear too friendly that there is a food truck in the back. However, when I went there the truck was closed. Thirdly, I checked out about 6:45 am to catch the 7 am airport shuttle but no one was at the front desk for the 15; minutes that I waited. So, I just left the room key at the front desk and took the shuttle to the airport. Obviously, much of these are management issues. Overall the hotel is badly in need of renovations and overhaul of management.

Horrible 1 night stay. The room had so much pet hair and when I ask for new blankets, I was told to call back in the morning because house keeping is close. It seems like house keeping doesn't even change the bed sheets and just keeps the same sheets. I came back home with bites on my body as if the room had fleas.

The staff were incredibly friendly but the hotel itself is run down a bit. Bed was not comfortable. AC was noisy. Bathroom looked like it needed alot of repairs and the shower head didnt give alot of water. While the room was clean the bathrooms shower had handprints from the previous person still that werent washed off. It served its purpose of a quick overnight trip but if I needed multiple days this wont be my first choice. Location to the airport is convenient which is nice.

Very quaint little hotel just across from the airport. I had a nice view and could watch the planes take off and land. Definitely an older place but they had a food truck outside ( burgers were great) and a small continental breakfast

The room was spacious, clean. It had fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board. It had many towels. Beautiful pool. Great dining area for breakfast either inside or outside. The workers very courteous $ helpful.

Booked through Hotels.com. Received confirmation. Hotel said they had no reservation for us and we had to find another hotel to shelter in before the hurricane. Lesson learned. No more 3rd party bookings!

This has to be one of the dirtiest hotels i have stayed in the place looks good from afar but once you are in it is a whole different vibe, the carpet looked horrible and the elevator hardly work, people hanging around. looks like a place you could get robbed at. I will never be staying here again.

I liked that they had an airport shuttle for guests and their staff was super friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early so we could leave our bags and go explore Miami!❤️

Hotel staff was very nice the women. Clean hotel. However the pool was kind of dirty and I had to clean it myself. The room was clean. However the bathroom in room 303 was making these weird noises and then it would stop unless someone was flushing the toilet.

The clerk was rude and I was told I had to wait at 3:00 p.m. after I made my reservation coming from the airport so I had to cancel and was able to stay next door at Hampton inn so I cancelled because

Hotel was very clean. Some things were outdated, water pressure was not too great, but bed was very comfortable, place was very clean and pretty. Hotel price was great. Will stay here again.

The stay for this hotel overall is good for a one night to catchup a flight next day. The morning front desk she was amazing helpful and nice her name Stephanie, but the night shift stuff are so rude the guy has no manners his name Enier. I don’t appreciate his rudeness.
But the hotel room so clean nice. The hotel so close to Miami international airport. The shuttle service is Amazing Thank you Israel for a great service.
