Hotel room wreaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke.

They over chagered and I have spent several HOURS trying to reach someone to help refund the extra day.

Should’ve had on the website that they only allow 21+ to rent a room. Waste of time and waste of money, the lady at the front desk let us know after we got there and then cancelled it but didn’t explain if we would get a refund or not. Lots of money pretty much wasted.

I really appreciate the La Quinta's. Some better than others and this one is a better one. The rates were so good too. Thanks for not nickel and diming

The comfort for the timely stay was ok but that bath tub was nasty it needs to be done over i have to buy some bleach cleaning scrub to wipe it down get some of the dirt off the tub walls

Beds were comfortable. Sleeping are seemed clean. Check in person was very nice, and got a room on 1st floor like I'd requested. BUT, my laptop protection recommended not connecting to their WiFi due to security issues it recognized and the location (i guess ) of the property has very poor connection to AT&T cell / data network, so I could not go on-line for anything, or make calls while in my room. I checked in around 4 but went right back out and came back at 9p. When I did come back and used the bathroom, shower, I found a long black hair in the sink, lots of bugs/gnats in the sink. Then I took a shower ,and the shower/tub did not drain at all, so the water just filled up in the tub. It was still sitting in the tub when I left the room in the morning. The parking lot and the walkway outside the room smelled like rotten trash and the exterior lights on that bldg (room 127) all blinked out so the walkways where the room doors were not illuminated and the entry to the room comes from that exterior walkway. Lastly, may be a coincidence, but when I came back to the hotel at 9p, there was police activity (2 cop cars) in the parking lot. First time, last time at this property for me.

House keeping needs to be trained on how to clean, The previous reviews indicate that the bathroom areas were dirty, this is still true, so management say they will address but apparently it is all lipp swevice, i do not recommend this motel i will not sray at this motel again. This could be a nice facility if management would perform their job.

I wish I took pictures. It was gross, unsafe and stinky. The toilet wouldn’t flush, cracked glass windows, duct tape on the air unit, mild in the shower. It was bad and for the first time EVER I couldn’t stay. After waiting about twenty minutes in line to talk to someone, she checked me out after only being there about an hour. But after all that, they refused to reimburse. They were also full so moving me to another room wasn’t an option. It was like an end the the world, horrible place.

Pool was closed. They should have that information ahead. I was planning on my kids using it. Change 100 extra for rooms. Should have information ahead. Never got my room cleaned the 4 days i was there. Had to go ask for toilet paper and clean towels. 3 time my room keys stop working. Terrible experience. They wete painting outside. Bad smell and blocked me in my parking space once.

I didn’t like that the bathroom floor was dirty and the light was hanging down loose and the shower head leaking to the outside that I had to wrap a towel around it. I reported it and nothing was done 3 days later. This was the second room we were moved to due to other problems

Very dirty property. We checked the beds for bugs, didn't see any, but my son did get bit by something. There was a lot of hair under the mattress near the headboard.There were spills all over the carpet. The bathtub was so full of hair the water would drain; I cleaned it out myself. The lock plate on the door was loose and the screws were sticking out. Each time I visited the front desk to get assistance I had to wait as the employees had friends visiting. The common areas were very dirty. It appears as though the staff does the very basic to prepare the rooms for the next guests. No maintenance or upkeep performed. The breakfast was decent.

Photos online look nothing like the location. Upon entering our room there were stains on the sheets and the comforter and I checked out within 30 minutes. Front desk girl didn't seem to care and neither did the hotel as they refuse to give me any kind of refund. Do not book here!

I did not feel comfortable staying here, there were transient people that seemed to be using drugs outside the front entrance and Expedia would not refund my money.

The pool was not open.
I extended my stay and asked for my room to be cleaned. Housekeeping came in and didn’t clean if but put my stuff in a wheelbarrow and then just left for day. Luckily they did change my room. Was bummed about pool though

Property is next to a busy road, dirty towels left in room, popcorn left on carpet by desk, door was sketchy, yellow stains on blanket, lamp missing lightbulb

Our room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like dog pee and the comforters were full of dog hair. The tub was stained black. The walls, lamp shades and curtains were all stained with something yellow. We felt so uncomfortable we left that same night and had to cut our trip short. The room where the ice machine was located smelled like a dead animal. I would never stay at this hotel ever again or recommend it to anyone.

It’s an older property, motel style. The rooms were clean but I wouldn’t want to use the shower! Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

When we got to our room, we first discovered our room # was laying on the window sill outside. In need of 2 light bulbs, the desk was not sturdy, in need of a battery for the tv remote, the hair dryer did not work, one plug in the bathroom did not work, and there was mold on the ceiling in the shower, same menu each morning for breakfast. The hotel is in need of some updating.

My door to my room was kicked in the lamp lights either didn’t work or were broken bath area was dirty let’s not forget to mention the caution tape still hanging up, immediately checked out and booked another hotel

I’ve stayed at many La Quintas…this one in Westminster, CO, was not very clean. My room smelled like urine; it needed to be vacuumed; and the bathtub had rings as if not cleaned in awhile. And there was No Fridge!

Within the last three years, I have had to stay at many different hotels. I am by far not picky at all, but do expect my room to be clean and smoke free as displayed in the lobby. One of our beds had yellow & black bugs. Our room smelled like a chain smoker had stayed there. Our door to get in, took a full body slam to get it to open. I have never stayed anywhere this run down and dirty! I used to be able to trust La Quinta’s, but that trust is gone! Will never stay at a La Quinta again!

After arriving and checking in to find blood on the wall semen and hair in the bed and cracked out people around the property we immediately went downstairs approximately 7:30p no one was at the front desk was suppose to be there until 8pm. We called corporate after repeatedly calling. We have pictures of the property and records of or calls

There’s a reason this is the cheapest in the area. Dirty! Staff don’t care. Did the job I guess - hope we didn’t get bed bugs or foot fungus.

Pros: Friendly staff, morning breakfast, relatively cheap rooms, close to Highway 36.
Cons: Building is not doing the greatest, had issues with my bath faucet that wouldn't stop dripping, not the cleanest rooms. It did look like they were working on the exterior of the building when I went.

The staff was very good but the room was not clean. The bathroom floor has hair on it. The light did not work. There were not enough electrical outlets to charge our devices.

We are a church group that was traveling with youths. used 8 rooms and in 3 of my girls rooms, there were knocks on the door claiming maintenance at midnight and in one of the room they actually walked in. Some even complained of phone calls made to there room in the middle of the night. Not a great place and they all complained that it smelled.

The beds were comfy but the shower wasn’t hot at all and we called to tell them for our 5 day stay and never got fixed. Also the pictures don’t look anything like the booking
