I appreciated the staff. It has been a long time since we have had housekeeping everyday consistently.

Bed was soft and very quiet

Fantastic staff, older hotel but clean (minor things like paint chips, cracked tile etc.) but that’s all just wear/tear with age. When we checked in we noticed a plastic bag taped around the smoke detector (assuming previous guest was smoking in room) let the front desk know so that way we weren’t charged but they were understanding and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location is kind of out of the way, our normal 15 min drive to the baseball stadium turned to 35 mins due to freeway shut down. Not hotels fault by any means just something to think about. Our stay was September 2024

Girl at front desk in the evening was great....super good personality and in my opinion hot. Place is old though.....sort of clean,...but it's like putting lipstick on a pig....only so much you can do. Lot of questionable type characters at night....made sure to park by my room, crack the window and made sure my alarm was on. Good for a night or two.

Cheap, calm, ok for the price.

Blood stain on my sheets was an unpleasant surprise.

Breakfast was descent, price was good. If traveling with your family, pay the extra amount and stay somewhere nicer. This place was in need of a total restoration

The staff were polite and allowed early check in. Location is excellent if you have a car. Shopping and restaurants are reasonably close. Highway cowboys with motorcycles or fart can exhausts can be noisy at night if your room faces the freeway. I was disappointed with Expedia for not letting me know the pool was closed between when we booked and when we arrived. I would stay there again if the pool reopens.

Our room was terrible, our bed mattress was broken and we had to sleep with the TV to drown out terrific noise. Ore stay was terrible all around.

Business area but restaurants short distance away. Check in was quick and they were friendly. The breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was a bit run down. Need new carpet and the door u had to slam because it would catch. Good city to have a room if you're needing to drop down into denver. U have 3 different routes to take in case I-25 is backed up.

Our room had a horrible smell and there were pee stains on the comforter. The staff was nice and tried to help remove the smell.

No operating fan in bathroom. Made it kind of stuffy.

The check in process was smooth, quick, and staff was quite easy to deal with. We had a conference to attend the morning after a night's stay and the room was well equipped with everything we needed to get ready for a business meeting including ironing tools and the most everything else one will need for a quiet and pleasant stay. Double beds quite comfortable, fridge and microwave, all you need for a good family trip as well.

Great property for an overnight stay. Good breakfast options in the am.

I would absolutely never recommend this to anyone. My party and I arrived at the hotel later in the evening and they were incredibly unaccomodating to my party and i. the room was disgusting. the shower curtain looked as though it had never been washed, it was full of mold and grime. the fire safety sprinklers weren’t even fully attached to the ceiling. there was green gum stuck to the side of the nightstand. the latch to the door that adjoins the rooms appeared as through someone had tried to pry it open. there was missing paint and dents in the metal trim of the door. the toilet was hardly attached to the wall exposing a disgusting amount of black mold behind it. there were stains on the bed sheets. the main door hardly latched and would swing open if not locked. overall it was unclean, unsafe, and very unworth the price. i once again would never reccomend this place based off of my recent experiences.

We arrived on the night that had the worldwide computer glitch. The entire system of ChoiceHotels was down and could not check-in the guests. The front desk had to decline and asked the folks who made the reservations to leave. Fortunately, we pre-paid the fees via Orbitz and it had been shown as paid. So, the staff assisted us to obtain the room that we were looking for. The outage did not end even the time we checked out. One way or the other, the hotel staff went above her way to locate the room for us, even though we drove for over 12 hours to the property. I was totally obliged of what she went thorugh on getting the room for us. The property was quiet and the breakfast was great. We highly recommend this hotel and we were very happy during the check-out time.
