Everything i hoped for in a chain hotel. Clean, affordable, waffle maker, pool, done.

Stayed here for a tennis tournament at Scottsdale Ranch and Indian School Park. About 10 mile to PHX Sky Harbor right on the 101 but set back so noise does not affect you. Only location issue is if you want to go left on Shea, there is a back route you have to take to do so, otherwise you are caught going over the freeway to circle back. Plenty of parking and quiet.
Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery shopping. Circle K and Chick Fil A right next to hotel. Property is clean and well maintained.
My room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Towels were plush for this price range. Ventilation in the bathroom (plus for me), good water pressure and ample hot water was a plus.
Breakfast was very basic...make your own waffles, toast and sausage. Eggs limited to hard boiled. Good coffee and juice.

It was just fine until I found out that breakfast was only from 7:00 to 9:00am. They had two bins of link sausage but no scrambled eggs. The only napkins were cocktail napkins. Flimsy cereal bowls. No bananas.
The desk clerk on Nov 11 at 9:00am was in the back room typing into her phone unaware that there was a gentleman waiting for her.

Nice room with an excellent king bed and great pillows. Friendly informative staff . Beautiful large patio area and ample safe parking. The only negative for me was that I thought the free breakfast was kind of lame compared to other hotels of this quality.

Very nice. Everyone was pleasant to talk too. Got extra coffee for the room. Glad I brought my own toiletries. I really liked the location. Pool was nice Hot Tub was fun. Met some nice people staying there. Will return next time I'm in Scottsdale AZ.
Breakfast was OK. No hot eggs only pork sausages and waffles. They did have hard boiled eggs, muffins, & yogurt along with fresh brewed coffee.

The front desk staff were very helpful, however, we were a bit frustrated that our room was cleaned only one day during our 4 days and that we had to come downstairs for extra towels.

Great location and good, cheerful staff.
Some of the magnetic stipe locks that the Hotel has is not in great condition - especially the one that lets you inside from the side of the hotel. You have to try 7-8 times before it works. Same with the room (Rm 107)
Location is great and the 2-3 staff that I interacted with were very cheerful and helpful. Overall, a good stay.

The room overall was clean with the exception of under the toilet seat rim had not been scrubbed and had black mildew stains. Housekeeping was not available but i was offered some toothbrushes and paste to clean it myself.

Room was much cheaper than others around and included breakfast. Room was pretty clean however the hallways all down the hotel were gross and full of bird feathers and trash. A good cleaning of the carpet is needed.

August in Phoenix is hotter than hot! The hotel was well air conditioned and our room was pre- cooled for us and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was very clean.

we arrived with two dogs and they enjoyed that there was a very nice grass area for them to sniff and smell. Bags were also provided in the area to help with cleanliness,

Keys for the room stopped working several times and had to go replace them. We asked for no one to go in our room during our stay and they still came in. Door kept locking when we were trying to close it. Place needs updating on systems

The location is great for work. At 7 am they were already hounding me to check out. Again at 8 am and then they knocked at 1030 and asked when I was leaving. Check out is 11 am.
I asked for toothbrush and toothpaste as i forgot mine, they said i would have to buy it. I went to the store to pick up, and all of the sudden they had a sample toothbrush and toothpaste.
The room did smell of smoke, but were vigalant about non smoking. I am a non smoker.

Me and my daughter went into the pool staff did not let us know it was over chlorinated we left with red eyes that burned all our clothes shorts and bathing suit was stained from the chlorine . She didn’t go out the next day due to the burning in her eyes
