First, the staff was lovely and super helpful with things we needed. The place was certainly not booked up, we arrived early and they let us check in upon arrival. The room itself was clean. It was basic necessities, no frills. That is what we expected. The bathroom, however, was in need a serious help. There was mold and mildew around the bottom of the toilet and seams in the tub, the toilet seat was peeling badly, and was just all around somewhere I wouldn’t want to shower or bathe. The mattress was very comfortable but pillows were incredibly flat. The front desk provided additional pillows with no trouble. When we settled for the night to watch television and relax, the TV did not work and the remote was missing the cover for the battery compartment. We again checked with the desk and the gentleman on duty was helpful and came to the room and located the sensor that had been hidden behind the TV. After he left, it still didn’t work from the bed. We had to untie the sensor and drape it across the furniture piece to get it to work properly. Breakfast was lacking, waffles and cold sausage. Microwave was unplugged and the plug was bent so badly it couldn’t be plugged in anywhere. Warning tray for sausage was not turned on. No eggs or hot water for oatmeal. The waffle was tasty so we were good. Overall, despite some minor issues, we got exactly what we expected, a place to sleep for a night. I would stay again, we didn’t expect perfection; customer service goes a long way.

Dirty black mold in bathroom. Even the beds were moist and your feet stuck to the floor. Ceilings patched from water leaking. Never stay here.

The location is great. Next to Tanger Outlets. The refrigerator had mold and bug in the tray. Wall, bathroom door stained, rusty, tissue holder rusty, mirror black stains. Bathroom floor dirty.

I was first given room 108 which had a horrible smell of mold (all rooms had this smell) was water on the floor from the fridge and the tub didn’t work but the water constantly ran. Then I was shown 110 which had a leaking ceiling and water throughout the floor. Then I was shown 204 & 205. 205 floor was completely saturated with water and the floor mat was dirty. I chose 204 because there wasn’t as much water in the floor and the mold smell wasn’t as strong as the other rooms. The breakfast wasn’t full like other quality inn’s (no boiled eggs nor scrambled eggs.. just sausage. Only had Raisin Bran and fruit loops, mini muffins, bread and bagel. They also had the waffles with juice and coffee. For the price I paid, this was RIDICULOUS. They should make sure the rooms are presentable BEFORE given a key for them. There were several others complaining about the same thing…WHICH IS NOT GOOD. I will NEVER stay at this establishment again.

Sheets were dirty. Outlets didn’t work. They allowed someone to drink by the pool and leave liquor bottles for 2 days! When we complained about the sheets they were rude

Requested a late checkout for 12 pm, and I was granted 11:30 instead of 11. That was fine until we saw roaches in our room and we left immediately.

Worst stay I’ve experienced

Our stay was okay but the room had an awful smell, light bulbs were busted, and mold all in the bathroom. Customer service was excellent tho! Needs updated & cleaned..

The pool was disgusting and the rooms are small. Not enough room for ladies to get ready to go out. Both ice machines were out and the room phone didn't work.

Room was average. There were no towels in my room. I saw a person downstairs ( my room was upstairs), so I ran down to get some. There was a language barrier. He told me to go to laundry. So I did, only a washing machine & dryer there, no towels. So I went back to the person with the cart & pointed to the towels on his cart. He then gave me towels. Then I needed ice.. After going downstairs with my little ice bucket, I spotted a motel employee near by .He saw my ice bucket & said..no ice. Machine broken. Ok, so I went back to my room to rest..about 20 minutes into my nap, someone's knocking on my door loudly with....towels! With all the places to stay in this area, this will not be on my future list.

It is in a convenient location for a ONE night stay. If staying longer, definitely need to book a different hotel. Needs a serious upgrade.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The pictures on the website are not the same as the property. There was mold in the bathtub, the baseboards were loose and hanging. The worst part was finding a dirty rag in the shower. I brought it to managements attention. Their response was they will try to do better next time. Needless to say we did not stay and they refused to refund our money.

The bathrooms were not clean there was hair on the tub. The bathroom also had a large hole behind the door that looked like they tried to plaster Sheetrock, but hole was still partially open. The area is nice the pool was clean. The mirror for bathroom was terrible.

Our room had mold and mildew! The dehumidifier didn’t work on the a/c, so they bought a dehumidifier to sit next to the A/c, which I had to empty out every few hours! There was mildew in the shower and a mold filled hole in the bathroom wall. They didn’t even clean the room or have fresh towels for us before we checked in! Then when they brought towels to us, we only got two. There were three of us in the room! There was dirt and little pieces of paper on the floor, rings from cups still on the tables, and toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. If I could give it no stars, I definitely would! The only good thing about our stay was clean sheets and towels.

The hotel is very convenient, next to Wendy's and the outlet mall. The thing I'm concerned about is the room security, my card key can open the next door room. It was by accident I forgot the room number and the person inside looked very surprised when I opened their door, I felt really bad. The other thing is the place was crowded when I stayed there on 4th July, and the place is not very clean, I closed the bathroom all the time to make me feel better. The AC and humidifier are loud but overall we have a good sleep until the next morning

Television did not work. Phone did not work. Blow Dryer did not work. Smelled of cigarette smoke lingered. Never would recommend this place to anyone!

I would not recommend this place at all. We were in a non smoking room but yet there were cigarette burns in both sets of comforters. The phone was missing all buttons except for the numbers. There was a wet towel hanging in our bathroom. Blood stuck on the ceiling, mold on the shower curtain, the stopper was broke off in the shower, the light in the bathroom would flicker. When I called the front desk to address the issues I didn’t get get anywhere. I hated that I went through another service like Expedia to book and pay for this room. Had I done it straight through them I could’ve gotten my money back right then and there and went else where to stay.

The tv didn't work neither did the shower and the toilet would stop up didn't have a plunger to try to unstop it . of course it overflowed had a mess water everywhere in bathroom so I was cleaning floor at 2 in the morning . Good think it was only urine we was trying to flush but was the biggest mess. Ice machince didn't work either but for the price of stay you get what ya get the staff was super friendly just needs some work and updates

Over priced for the area, hotel, electric outlet in bathroom wouldn’t work, floor gritty, out of the area construction workers were extremely noisy and not just one set of workers but multiple companies staying.

Property in great location, however, needs lots of maintenance and updates. Property fairly clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast not much. I would not consider staying at this property again.
