was worth the trip place was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

I asked for a room that was handicapped accessible since I’m in a wheelchair temporarily and a walk in shower is a necessity. They said it was available before check in and when we got there it was no longer available. The rooms are old and run down and there no charging ports for phones and very few outlets near the beds. The bathroom has a weird smell.

Was a good stay for me and my friends. Was able to check in a bit early and head to the LSU game. Would stay again.

This is my 2nd time staying here and both have been great. I will definitely be a regular now that my daughter is there for school. My only recommendation is to have more towels readily available on busy times

Very enjoyable overnight stay. Staff was very eager to assist and answer questions as they arose. Clean, nice, newer hotel that is well kept. We would return.

On site restaurant was closed. No breakfast in the morning. These were the main reasons for booking. The sofa bed had old Wendys bag and chips folded in it with very dirty sheets and pillows.

While the hotel was very nice, there was much confusion concerning an incidental fee and early check in fee.
It took 2 trips there and 4 phone calls to straighten it out once I got to the right person.

There was loitering in the parking lot at arrival. The room had cigarette burn marks throughout. There were people shouting in the hallway. Very disturbing. The breakfast was the only good thing.

Room key needed to be reset multiple times during my stay because it would not allow me in my room. The room also smelled very moldy.

didn’t receive the accommodations i was expecting. the room was nice but there were stains on the sofa(l was told by Becky that the hotel was aware and did not offer to move me), only a shower ( i requested a tub) the kitchenette did not have a microwave. Other than that it was was very relaxing amd the staff was nice.

This is the second time that I stayed within two weeks. Both times, the A/C had an issue. Either didn’t cool or wouldn’t adjust to a lower setting and was very loud. I think the units are very old and need to be replaced or serviced.

Becky was absolutely awesome! There was a mix up but she fixed it right away with no problem! We were in the perfect spot to do all the things we wanted. Only complaint the ac only kept the part closest to it cool.

It was quite even though it is on a busy street. It convenient to the mall and other places. There is a great selection of restaurants in the area.

it could have been a nice stay, had the staff provided towels on day two....on day 3, they did not clean the room and of course, there were no towels.......AGAIN.

Service personnel in this facility are excellent and breakfast was very good. However, the room could have been cleaner.
Access to this hotel is only available by vehicle, therefore the access to amenities, airport and places is severely impacted. There is zero walkability in this area making the location less than ideal.

They bumped us because they overbooked. Arrived at 830, didn't get a room at new place till well after 10 with tired and hungry children. Not even to a nice hotel, but to a not as nice area, not as nice hotel, and not accommodating our whole family. Crammed in a too small room. My husband worked in hotels for years, though this happens, not so many people should have been overbooked(huge line waiting and all got bumped) and hotel they moved us to should have been just as nice and vouchers should have been given. Won't bother trying to stay at one again. They ended up refunding us, but took us escalating complaint. We had used points and paid way more than new hotel was worth, definitely deserved a refund after all that.
