This was a perfect hotel for a convention. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great and practical for our purposes. They had gym facilities and a breakfast/bar attached. For the length of our stay which was 3 nights, we did not have access to housekeeping but they said we could request more towels or whatever we needed. There were some loud thumps above us which we could never figure out what they were (definitely not steps) but it didn’t impact our stay.

Such a great hotel in a premier location! Big thanks to the staff especially Jennifer, who made our welcome, very welcoming! Not only was she jus kind, funny and courteous but she also took care of us by making sure we were checked in with ZERO hassles & got us a room super quick! Also need to mention that she offered my girlfriend and I bottles of water, that’s customer service! Thank you again to the Guest Services team, appreciate you all

The hotel was in a perfect location, it was 15 mins downhill to Pike Place Market, 10 minutes to Westlake station and Monorail to Space Needle and 15 minutes uphill walk to Starbucks Roastery.
The hotel was clean and really quiet. There was loud noise from cars on the street but that can’t be helped. Bathroom has both bath and shower and separate toilet room.

Hotel was nice. Staff was nice. However, someone smoked on our floor and it seeped into our room and smelled the ENTIRE evening. Terrible. There was NO onsite parking, which the website doesn’t clearly advise. Had to pay for offsite parking.

We did a one night stay to get on the cruise ship the following day. We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of anything we wanted to eat or things to do. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice. I'd stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at The Paramount Hotel. It's clean, attractively furnished, and the rooms, while not large, provide everything one needs to be comfortable while exploring the city. Its location in the heart of downtown Seattle couldn't be better, but it was never noisy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with requests and suggestions for things to do and restaurants. Our only disappointment was that there was no business center, so we were unable to print out the boarding passes for our flight home. Always at hotels with no business center, the front desk will do that for their guests. We asked, but were refused that small favor. I think the hotel should re-think that policy.

Thought it was a solid hotel! Nothing jumps out at you. Rooms are very basic for the price point. No coffee machine/microwave in room.
Staff are helpful, efficient, and friendly. Great location for walking to Pike Market and restaurants.
Lime bikes/Scootera are bountiful in the area and make for an easy trip to lumen field and surrounding areas

Staff were great at arranging transportation for our group of 10 and meeting our room requirements. It is a very safe area and convenient for walking to various attractions in the downtown area.
