When I made the reservation, I noted that we wouldn’t be checking in til early in the morning. I even called the hotel to let them know. The hotel did not note our reservation and marked us as a no show so our reservation wasn’t there when we got to the hotel. The hotel manager worked with us to get us a new reservation and even let us in the room early so we could get some rest. The manager went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was nice and the accommodations would great for our family with 4 kids.

Our stay at hyatt was wonderful. The room was spacious. We got the 2bed & sofa bed since we were 5 people. And we all fit without any issue. Breakfast was good.

Online this hotel shows that it had access to a bar within the hotel. Upon check-in, we were advised that the bar was closed as they did not have a current liquor license and they only offered food to go upstairs as part of room service. Our whole reason for picking this particular hotel was because it had a bar and we were very disappointed. This should have been updated on all marketing platforms.

The elevators haven’t been service since last year . The room was giving but the broom was in the wasn’t even clean. I will not ever be back at this location . Needs a lot of upgrade in this a Hyatt location .

Lots of very loud voices in the halls until close to 2 am. Thank goodness my AC unit had a fairly loud noise level to drown out the yelling of the other guests. It stopped around 2 am best as I could tell.

The breakfast is to die for! The bed was comfy, and the room was very spacious! The hotel itself was very clean and the pool was nice. Could use more glass for dog walk, but over all it was a fantastic stay.

Very clean and modern. The decor in our room was amazing and very spacious. I love the fact that they supply body wash instead of the little bars of soap. The staff was always friendly and very respectful everytime we went to the front desk. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and I look forward to staying there again.

This was a phenomenal seamless stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Beds comfortable and my room was safe secure very clean. The pool was clean and refreshing. Totally enjoyed my stay. Will recommend and stay again .

Although they served breakfast. I didnt like the meat options. Sausage links, and then ham. I dont eat either. Eggs literally have no taste what so ever. I know that they are powdered eggs, but they can be fixed up a little. Everything else about the hotel was superb!

The room was lovely but everywhere else needed cleaning, it was dirty, the floors sticky, lots of the crumbs and the front desk staff seemed incredibly disinterested. Will not need to stay there again nor would I choose to.

I enjoyed this hotel. Nice, clean and spacious. The only this is the pool was closed for a day and a half. They said they cleaned it a day before we checked it and we had to wait. Checked in thursday couldn’t go swimming tell that friday evening. Also, The $50 a day deposit they do depending on how many nights you stay is alittle to extra for me. Kept getting pending charges for each night stay. Takes 3-5 business days for the charges to release back to your account. Overall not bad.

Staff was surly in attitude in PM shift. Both front desk and when asking questions i really felt like I was bothering them when asking a simple Q. Also, due to emergency atwork I had to cut my stay a day short and couldn't get a refund from them -- 'call Expedia"... I gave them 36 hours notice and still NOTHING or any interest in helping me.

My family and I was in town for a wedding. I must say this hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was super friendly and so accommodating! We traveled with young children and our dog. The room was very spacious and clean.
The hotel was block(s) away from nearby shops, Haywood mall, and gas stations! Let’s not forget they serve free breakfast!

Stay was nice. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Only had one elevator that was working which was very slow and time consuming. Also, breakfast could have been little better.

Nice hotel with amazing staff! However, everything seems to be closed down. The pool was closed, the bar and restaurant were closed due to renovations, microwave wasn't working, only one staff upfront, no one replenish our room with toiletries, and only one elevator was working for 5 floors of guests ... the good thing was, the room was very spacious with a pull out sofa, sink, refrigerator, desk, etc. Breakfast was eh. Nothing fancy.
