Convenient , but for over €300 a night would expect a bottle of water and parking

I would have at least expected a bottle of water in my room after paying €271. Tv not working and called down to reception who never checked back that the issue got fixed. Tv worked periodically later in the night.

Our room was nice and fairly comfortable. The only thing that bothered me was that when we checked in, we were told breakfast was included. The next morning when we went to get breakfast, they said that because we booked through Hotels.com, we did not qualify for free breakfast. Also, the price of them room was really high for what you got. Instant coffee in the room for example.

The hotel shuttle pickup point is difficult to locate and not sign posted from terminal 2. In fact you need to ignore the ‘hotel shuttle buses’ sign as this seems to be the pickup for all hotels except radisson and Maldron. Once I found the pick up spot I waited a half hour for the bus all the while trying to contact reception, the phone just rang and rang or was giving engaged tone. When someone finally answered and I asked about the whereabouts of the bus they actually said “oh he’s on his break right now”. Bear in mind it’s pouring rain and I’m waiting a half hour at this stage. Annoyed at the seeming indifference I firmly told the receptionist to send the driver immediately. He showed up a short time later. Such poor service not only to deliberately delay guests but then to offer such a poor excuse! At the hotel, things didn’t get much better. From my room I tried repeatedly to contact reception to have some toothpaste sent to my room. Approx 15 attempts and almost an hour later I finally got through to a rather gruff employee who told me he’d send it up. Overall the hotel is poorly operated and under staffed, stay here only if you an absolutely must and have no other option.

Convenient and clean but cheap upgrades to rooms. Vinyl laminate installed over carpet is noisy, crackly, and bouncy to walk in. Shower knob was broken.

Love staying here as a night before flying home. Roo.s are fantastic, very large and super quiet !!!

Easy stay.

My stay was really great and would recommend this hotel to anyone. They upgraded us so my new phew who is a plane spotter could watch the planes landing! Only 2 down sides, the restaurant is very expensive and we had a wake up call at 7:30am by the cleaner checking if we had checked out so she could come in and clean. Other than that couldn’t fault it!

The room could have used electrical outlets close to the bed.

Good for an overnight stay before our early morning flight, breakfast was excellent. Bathroom was a little dated but again was only for an overnight so worked out fine.

The hotel was very close to the Dublin airport. The room was very quiet (no airplane noise at all). The curtains kept the room nice and dark and the air conditioning provided welcome relief from the humidity. We would definitely stay here again!

- Shuttle Bus was very small and could only take 5 or 6 people (which sounds like an okay amount until you are checking out with everyone else for an international flight) - You can walk, just like you can walk anywhere. It’s 600m as the crow flies but longer if you use the sidewalks - Bathroom was clean but old showing discoloured caulking. Toilet took 2 or 3 flushes to flush. Area around shower prone to getting wet. - USB A ports everywhere, no USB C. No 3 prong power outlets by bed. Please make sure to bring a power adapter if not from Ireland.

Location and access to the airport were great.

Clean and basic. Just what we needed for our layover in Dublin. Only complaint is that it is pricey.

Superb and efficient check in, the guy on the front desk could not be more helpful. Upgraded room was amazing and the only downside to the evening was how dark and dreary the bar was….maybe due an update…..bar staff were top notch. If we ever fly from Dublin again, this is the place to stay. 5 minute walk from T2.

Shuttle bus does not operate as advertised!!

Check in staff were professional but not welcoming. No extra effort on her part. Shuttle to airport also had a staff person who was uncommunicative and grumbly. Staff in the lounge however were very friendly and friendly.

The property was nice, very close to the airport, only take about 5 min shuttle ride. The room is good but not sure why the cups and glasses are all different, no two coffee cups are the same, no two glasses are the same, and they are not very clean......

Really great all-in-one hotel for a quick stay before a flight.

Stayed the night before an early flight out. Food was decent though burgers were charred more than I care for. Room was decent, but wifi was horrible.

Good airport hotel. Comfortable rooms but shower screens not fitted properly so floors got all wet after the shower. Shower temperature control also not great - alternates between hot and cold when ?someone else in another room uses the water. This however seems to be a problem with some hotels in Ireland, which don’t have updated plumbing.

It was an easy stay before taking off to go home.

Hotel was convenient and modern for the most part. The bathroom was a little run down compared to the rest of the room but it was a short stay so that didn’t matter too much. The shuttle was also very convenient!

We were pleasantly surprised in every way. The front desk staff were attentive friendly and welcoming. The rooms spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and service impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel

All in, a very good stay, however it's extremely expensive. I stayed here before it was around €115 per night, this time, I rang them, they quoted me €289 for one night (this amidst the Aer Lingus pilots strike, my flight had been cancelled and I needed to stay one night because of this.) Im sure Radisson are not alone, taking full advantage of Aer Lingus cancellations where passengers are stranded at the airport. I know they're a business but some of the prices are robbery. Toasted Ham and cheese Sandwich €19.50!! Apart from that, nice room, slept well and friendly staff.
