The breakfast was terrible. Cold eggs and other items that should've been served hot. The shower water changed temperature from cold to very hot on it's own.

My stay was excellent besides on the first three days that we arrived. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, where they have the events halls and the noise, music was like it was inside the room. It was imposible to rest on week days until past Midnight and on Saturday until past 2:00 AM. The room is very bad situated!!!

Need sound wall insulation, could hear everything neighbor doing everything on the side.. even using bathroom:
The fee of an extra 100 per person each night is ridiculous, could rent Airbnb and bring whoever..breakfast,gym and staff was amazing

We had a fantastic stay at Dan Carlton Medellin. The staff is truly exceptional. Every team member is professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.
I've tried other newer hotels in Medellin, but I always find myself returning here because the service is unmatched.

Amazing hotel I go to medellin often and the people at the hotel are extremely professional always accomodating and the place is super super clean everyone is fantastic I am coming back in deciembre I go to medellin approx 4 times per year and I only stay here. I highly highly recomend this hotel

I dislike the connected rooms. The doors are very thin and make for a weird stay listening to people’s conversations and music.

I recently stayed at Dann Carlton Medellin and I had an excellent experience. The staff was really kind. The property is ideally located in El Poblano, 12 min walking to Provenza with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
I highly recommend Dann Carlton hotel. I would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The Bellman Giovanny was extremely helpful. He spoke English and he was always willing to assist. For two days, there was a shortage of towels in my room. It was three of us staying, and every day they only put two towels. However, the staff were extremely friendly. The front desk did extended my checkout time because I had a later flight.

The property is very dated and smells of mold throughout. It’s a little secluded away from other hotels and restaurants there were many homeless people begging for money and shady looking characters in or directly outside the hotel. I would never stay there againb

We had a great experience with a family trip with 2 children. Good service Great Staff and excellent food on property even the room service which is 24hrs. The pool was the bomb for our children.

This was an amazing hotel. They were beyond excellent in service and kindness. Their attentiveness to my whole family was outstanding. They were always kind to my mother who needed help often. The breakfast was amazing. We loved the abundance of options. I would highly recommend this location. Their kindness goes a long way. They are always happy to help with anything.

Amenities and food options were extremely limited. You’re better off going out... the location is perfect; close by there are sooo many places to shop, eat, drink etc. Staff was nice for the most part, some had attitude and were dismissive for whatever reason.

In reality I feel very disappointed with this experience with this hotel, when I arrived I had to pay around $120 additional dollars of which neither Expedia nor the hotel at the time of making the reservation informed me of that additional charge; I took a taxi at the hotel (which they work with the hotel's authorization) and took me to commune 13 and charged me (200,000 COP) in addition to the value of the trip, supposedly for a tour that I did not request; Also, the toilet in my room was not working well and someone supposedly fixed it but it stayed the same, finally it was fixed later by someone else.
