Unfortunately I had had a fall in Banff and booked this hotel for a stopover on my road trip back to Vancouver. It was just off the highway and had easy access to shops and food outlets. I requested an accessible room which was accommodated. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean.
Unfortunately the breakfast room was upstairs so i was unable to partake in food as I couldn’t gain access to the room.
My husband grabbed me some fruit so all ok.
Wouldn’t hesitate to return here. Thank you for helping me out.

I had bed bugs in my mattress which I found on the second day so had to move to a different room which had two beds so upon checkout they wanted me to pay extra for the room upgrade

The place was clean enough and we appreciated the guide with direction on how to run the TV and remote control, unlike other hotels. Close to highway 1. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.

It was conveniently located right off the highway. It is showing its age. The hallways smell like marijuana smoke and musty. The moment we opened the door to the room we were hit with a musty smell. Never again.

Unfortunately this hotel does not have an elevator. Rooms that are pet free are not on the main floor therefore we had to carry our luggage up the stairs :(. Since we had initially booked a larger room and upon check in didn't need that, we were able to change to a smaller room and save some money.

Toilet was broken, wouldnt flush. Front desk lady was nice and came promptly to fix it but it was broken again later on. Property is very dated. Couch in room needs to be thrown out. Breakfast was poor, frozen bagel, packaged sugary fruit. Wouldn't recommend for families with kids.

It is an older hotel that has had some upgrades. Fairly clean and quiet. The check in was friendly. The check out no so much.

I requested a handicap room and was given one
I sent a message about the air conditioning and received a message that it was auto ...however it never came on and the room was hot and stuffy .
Also there was a complementary breakfast but was unavailable to handicapped people as it was on the second floor and no elevator ..I was not impressed

We just stayed 1 night for a stop over. Quick check in, efficient and friendly at reception. Breakfast was good enough to get you going for the morning. Very clean too.
Good thing we stayed here, compared to Super 8 at Revelstoke.. Very bad reviews there.

Was run down and needs to be renovated, no elevator for the second floor, if you have heavy luggage or any walking issues make sure to request ground level.

A bit of mold in the shower, otherwise this place is extremely accommodating of all our needs. We left and i ended up in the ER in Merritt then sent back to kamloops ER. the following day i didn't feel okay enough to travel back to mb so we returned to this hotel and they were so nice, bed is comfy, pillows are the best. Unfortunately i can't enjoy the breakfast because of my current condition, but my husband definitely enjoyed the waffles lol

The room was very small and dirty. The carpet was stained, old and filthy. Very unappealing and disappointing. The gym was small, dirty and the equipment was in poor condition. My daughter and I even woke up with small itchy bites on our skin. The cost was still high and they took full payment on arrival so in fear of not getting reimbursed we stayed the course of the six nights -otherwise we would have left and looked for a better place to spend our holidays. -
The advertisement for the room is deceiving. Wish I would have been able to talk to staff about several issues but they were unavailable and limited. Had to even buy toilet paper, garbage bags and towels to get through the week. Never again.

Our room smelled bad. My husband was sneezing for 2 days after staying in it. Location was good. Staff were good. Breakfast was decent.

We stayed at hotel for five nights. We had a good time. The hotel is clean and quiet. Stuff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Parking is convenient.
