When I arrived to the room, the door was open, there was a washcloth in the bathtub, keys on the dresser, and the bed was made, but messy. No clothes or suitcases, so I didn’t too think much of it. When I told the front desk, he gave me a new room; since my Uber was on the way, he said to just take both keys and use the new room when I arrived. When I got back later that evening, I went to the new room. The key wasn’t working, but I tried several times in hopes that it would eventually work. And as you might guess, someone came to the door — rightfully freaked out that someone was trying to get into his room. I angrily went to the front desk and explained the situation. I got a 3rd room and that was fine. Unfortunately, I was concerned that they might give away that room too. No r housekeeping that day, so that was a disappointment. Just like the entire stay at this Super 8.

Rooms were clean and functional. Staff interactions were polite and professional. Easy to find and near enough to Memorial Stadium. Travel center and convince stores nearby and hotel is near major highways. Hotel is in good shape even though it been there since the 1980s.

We reserved a queen room. I pulled down the blanket to get ready for bed and you could definitely tell the sheets had NOT been changed. So I went to the other bed and there was NO bottom sheet. I went to the front desk and informed the young man and he put us in another room. He came to the room and I showed him the beds. He agreed with me that the sheets had not been changed. Plus, in the new room, we had old lumpy pillows.

Easy check in, room A/C not working properly

Good customer service, reasonable breakfast for a 69 dollar good enought to keep you going in the road. CLEAN room and pet friendly.

Abandoned truck in the parking lot with 3 flat tires. Our toilet rocked, reported it the first day, no one did anything. The safe in the room was DOA, we reported that, no one did anything. Blood on the sheets, we handled that. The wall adjacent to the door looked like it had feces on it, we left that. AC controls needed batteries, probably still needs batteries. TV remote needed batteries, we handled that, but the cover for the batteries is broken, we didn't fix that. The only protein in the breakfast is 'yougart'.

I was very disappointed. My room was not the cleanest. Not properly dusted & not even basic cleanliness was applied. Base boards & behind beside lockers dirty. Hair dryers not working, no hair conditioner in despenser. The staff were lovely & helpful but all in all a very poorly kept hotel.

Tv didn’t work, floors and bathroom need to be updated. Bath tub floor is not solid. It’s pliabel. There is no bar or anything to hold onto when getting in or out of the tub. Or to hold on to while showering.

Property was clean, The top of my room had peel and paint and a little staying on it but other than that, a good stay. The night clerk was a little misinformed, I asked if there was a deposit being charged my card. He said no they took the card for verification and sure enough deposit came off. It would not have been a problem, but I had to transfer money right away so I could pay for my plane ticket out of Lincoln, overall good stay would come back again

Front desk lady after 11pm on 8/18/2024 was very unprofessional. Very rude and hard to understand. She was asleep when we went down there to ask a question. The towels were dirty & covered in hair. But other than those two things, the stay was great!

We have hard time getting a sleep in that place because we smell mold and mildew. The carpet next to the window was wet due to the Ac leak and make noise all night long.

A/C didn't work, we moved to another room and that A/C worked but was extremely noisy. Overall this hotel was what you might expect for the cost. It was ok for a one night stay. Breakfast was scant, a pancake machine and cereal was about all there was

I was initially given a room that had smokers and the oder was horrible. I did go to the desk and ask for a non smoking room and was reassigned.

Its on outskirts of Lincoln, near Haymarket area, so close proximity to the venue and restaurants, but in a safe location, like a safe buffer, if you will.

The television remote did not work even though I asked several times to have it fixed. There were pubic hairs in the bathtub and what looked like blood on one of the pillows. The place was noisy and I tried several times to call the front desk without anyone answering. Will never stay here again.

The carpet in the room felt wet. I asked for a wakeup call, and it didn't come! Arrgh.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond what is expected. If I’m ever in Lincoln, I would definitely stay here again!

I was yelled at by the front desk for mentioning my dogs were service animals and even though by law i don't have to show the hotel any proof, they demanded that i prove it or or be charged 4 them. The owner was so rude, I'll never stay there again.

this room was dirty and mouldy wort of all, the air-con did not work so the room was 83 degrees and the windows did not open

It was okay in all ways, though the tub hurt my toe because it was too high. Breakfast was advertised, but it was only continental.

We booked three rooms for three nights each for out of town guests due to a sudden death in the family. Once checked in, guests in one of the rooms found cockroaches in both beds. I would give them one star on everything but the guests in the other two rooms said their rooms were clean and they didn’t want to pack up and try and find a different hotel.

we talked to the manager he's trying to get good help. The bathroom tub wasn't emptied and there was a wet towel on the back of the door.

Staff was great. Room was clean. But there were broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Breakfast was sadly lacking.

Just okay, but not worth what they were charging for room rate.
