Just looking for a couple nights central to my plans and it was the best rated/price so won. Everything was fine and comfortable. Restaurant next door was not bad either

Pros: Very nice looking clean hotel outside and inside. Loved the food options at the breakfast, and it was very enjoyable and tasty. Loved that they had pastries in the lobby when we checked in, and free hot beverages even when the breakfast wasn’t opened. The pool and hot tub was nice and greatly enjoyed. Comfortable beds, and clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff and easy check in. :) Cons: the only bad thing I would say is that half the games didn’t work in the arcade and lost some money putting it into some of the games. There was a number to call to get refunded, but didn’t bother as we are from Canada and wouldn’t be around to get the refund. The arcade was one of the reasons I booked here for my son , so he was a little disappointed he couldn’t play most of the games.

We were only here one night for a concert in Tupelo, but the hotel was clean and check in was very easy.

Staff was friendly and accomadating. And I wish I would have got his name but the gentlemen working front Desk was Outstanding!! We spoke briefly throughout my 2 day stay. But he was very approachable and professional about his job. And for those with a sweet tooth 4-6pm they offer some tasty treats! lol Great Stay!

Family trip, likes the pool and hot tub, my kids liked the cookies in the lobby, hot breakfast, variety of coffees, beds a little hard I prefer medium, overall great stay

Stayed for two nights in July, and the second floor. Beds were OK, Breakfast was passable, and the hotel has a nice arcade. But, the Jacuzzi hot tub was not clean; the water was practically gray. I’m going to guess the water hasn’t been changed in an extremely long time. As for the room, must’ve been a smoking hotel at some point in the last couple years, or there’s an air quality problem with the air-conditioning system. Lastly, at check-in, the bill did not match what I was originally quoted through Expedia. The explanation was Because the incidental pre-authorization was part of the statement. But the incidental amount was a weird number, not a standard rounded number like 50-100 bucks. i questioned the woman at check in why the statement did not match what was pre-booked, and At first, she told me she didn’t know why, but was really rude about it. Rolling eyes at me, saying it was only 62 bucks & change, if I didn’t like it, I could find another hotel. Anyway, between the room, cleanliness, the pool, water, and just the overall vibe of the place, I would not stay here again. I paid extra because the hot tub looked decent in the pictures, but it was pretty gross — fyi it’s not worth the extra money

Property was a bit dated. You could tell at one point people had smoked in the room (subtle smell). Shower was old looking - didn’t use it. Breakfast was good.

The hotel check-in was easy and the staff was wonderful. The non-carpeted room was a bonus, and the room was clean. Breakfast was free and very good. However, I requested a king-sized bed and got 2-queen sized beds instead. The coffee maker in the room was broken (The K-cup fit into the cup slot but the cover would not line-up with the slots in the machine).

Needed a clean place to stay overnight. Bedroom was clean. Unfortunately the the mattress in the pull out bed from the couch was very uncomfortable.

We had a very pleasant one-night stay. Clean and comfortable. There were a few additional pleasant surprises that we enjoyed (game room, hot “fancy drink” machine in breakfast area, cookies and brownies in the lobby!). Family- and pet-friendly, the place overall could use some additional updates (some obvious water damage in the bathroom like separated trim, older carpets, wearing tread coating in pool area) and “sprucing”. We were happy to find kid-friendly channels available (PBS kids)—not something you would think needs mentioning, but not always standard in our experience. Also, a working hot tub and the pool is quite sizable, all one depth with graduated stairs at one end. It looks like this was and could again be a beautiful wedding (or other grand event) venue with some TLC to the grounds. Brewery next door is a bonus, although we happened to be there on the one day of the week that it is closed so we’ll have to try it on a return visit! Breakfast options were adequate and regularly refilled throughout the morning. Definitely a good choice for us.

Property was a little run down and needs some updates. It was vlose to restaurants and shopping amd had a great breakfast.

The listing shows bar and restaurant on site but neither existed. The staff pointed toward the building next door which was a conf center and it was closed up and didn't appear to be in business. There was a brewery within walking distance, but it was closed on Wednesdays. All other restaurants are a mile away. The hotel itself is very nice and a good bargain so they don't need to misrepresent themselves and state they have a restauarant and bar.

This is m6 favorite place to stay, it has wifi, parking, a pool,and a jucuzzi, and its pet friendly.

Very old hotel. The lobby smelled like someone has been smoking. The rooms are dark and smell like humidity and you get the sensation that are not clean. Matresses are old, very unconfortable and I think they have a plastic cover. Never going back….

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff.

The worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. I stayed 3 nights and 4 days and they never cleaned the room or even the towels. I was in a room with a jacuzzi and it didn't work and when I filled it with water it filled with black water. The next day I even left without bathing for fear of getting sick from the water that came out of there. they should close it

Every employee was friendly and treated us so nicely, the decoration inside the room was beautiful. There were hot drinks all day, the breakfast had eggs, meats, potatoes, and fruits every day and good taste. We feel safe, quiet and relaxed. Thank you for your excellent service!

The hotel was super clean, The room was good sized. There wasn’t a way that we found to cool off the side room with the couch. TV in the bedroom was tiny and there was nothing showing the channels. Your cleaning crew do an amazing job! - put out tip envelopes for them please.

We requested a 2 queen bed room for myself and teen. But we're put in a 1 need queen bed room. Luckily there was a couch so that's where he slept. Just annoying you request a certain room and you don't get that. After going all the way up to the room all the way down the hall settling in I really didn't feel like going all the way back and requesting a different room. It was only for one night so whatever but still annoying.

Biggest issue here was beds are very hard and uncomfortable, smell of marijuana all through the halls and elevator, also unfortunately the people across the hall from us was fighting all night. A lady was yelling and screaming and slamming the door. The girls at desk are very friendly and she even gave us flyers for local food delivery around there.
