Pleasantly relaxing.

The twin beds are too small to comfortably sleep two adults. The property is nice and the staff are excellent. The breakfast is still a good value. It’s too bad they charge $20 per night for self parking. I would probably not stay here again because of the small beds and because the pull-out couch bed is very uncomfortable….the mattress is very thin and you can feel the springs.

Very clean and beautiful room. Everything you could ever need. It was perfect.

The room was very comfortable but dated. Elevators were in need of a clean. We were bummed that we couldn’t get our free beverages, the lines were so long. Didn’t get to try breakfast as our flight was so early, but it was great that food was out for us to grab and go. This hotel is very convenient to the airport and minimal noise!

The main entrance and atrium is gorgeous, but the hotel room itself was very dated, the toilet was broke and the water pressure in the shower was just above a trickle. I expected a lot more for the price. I won’t be back.

Trip strarterd off poorly....Room I was given was not room I reserved BUT after a couple of tries we did get the correct room. The staff was VERY apologetic and worked to correct their mistake. THIS IS A FAR SUPERIOR FACILITY THAN THE EMBASSY SUITES IN EAST PEORIA IL.

Great venue. 10 is perfect, which rarely if ever is the case. So 9 is my 10.

It was Amazing, expect they didnt have a hot tub. Service, hot breakfast and Cleanliness was Amazing! We wil be coming back for sure.

As always my favorite place to stay when I am visiting Portland. Wonderful, helpful and efficient staff. Rooms are always spotless and have just the right extra touches. The hospitality nightly is well appointed with great snacks. The true heroes are the van drivers always courteous and safety conscious. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Room was big - separate living area and bedroom. Breakfast was delicious! And the happy hour with 2 free drinks and snacks was very good!! All workers were very nice and helpful!

Consistent amenities one expects from Embassy Suites.

This hotel was a nice, convenient place to stay before we flew out to the East Coast the next morning. Our breakfast was really tasty as well.

I was told that Expedia had canceled my reservation - but they did not! I had to call the hotel directly. Never using Expedia again

While this hotel is VERY convenient for staying night before flights…. Every time I bring Lysol wipes. Not sure what has happened in terms of hygiene over the years. But sticky surfaces, soaked carpet (yes it was soaked) dirty mirrors, gross shower/tub is getting a bit much. Hope they can step it up soon!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and we were fortunate enough to be assisted by Sherie, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay started on a positive note. Our trip had been completely derailed by the airline, leading to significant delays and stress. By the time we finally arrived at the hotel early in the morning, we were tired, frustrated, and anxious. But Sherie immediately turned things around for us. She greeted us with such warmth and empathy, and it was clear from the start that she genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Despite the chaos we had endured, Sherie quickly got us into our clean room right on time, which was an immense relief. Her cheerful and caring demeanor made all the difference, and her ability to understand and calm us during a difficult time is something we will always remember. Throughout our stay, she checked in on us and made sure everything was going smoothly. Her thoughtfulness, combined with her outstanding professionalism, transformed what could have been a nightmare of a trip into a much more pleasant experience. Sherie is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like, and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness and exceptional service. She’s the reason we will be returning to this hotel, and we highly recommend her to anyone who wants to feel truly cared for during their stay. Thank you again, Sherie!

Modern suite accommodations were fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable.

It was a perfect location to spend extra hours with family. The food and wine were wonderful and we loved the water features and greenery. Would love to see more places like this.
