I love this place. I always stay here when in Chicago… I love how it looks, always clean, great location and decent price! Also I love how easy it is to adjust room temp!!

This hotel was absolutely perfect! It was super convenient and super clean, quiet and had all the amenities I could have possibly asked for! Very spacious rooms and the bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure and very hot water. The hot tub was wonderful and I cannot say enough about the gym-I work out every day and this was comparable to my home gym with state of the art equipment and both free weight and cardio options. The people who worked at the desk were enthusiastic and helpful as well as super kind and fun to talk with. I will definately be staying again!

My wife and I have stayed here twice in the last month. Got a corner room both times. Highly recommend. The panoramic views of the city are very cool. Bathrooms are big with either an extra sink or a walk-in shower plus the tub. Beds are comfortable. Comes with a 50+" TV. Valet and close self parking available. May be our new favorite downtown hotel.

No wifi connection. No breakfast. Only 1 card for the room. Charged extra fees even paying for them before (during reservation). We went for the Chicago Marathon and had a really bad experience. Unfortunatelly. We have already stayed at RIU PLAZA - CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER!

The hotel was very nice and the happy hour at the bar was excellent! Great location next to shopping and restaurants. Not to mention it was next to the Magnificent Mile. The only thing that I did not like was the cost of overnight parking. $100 after tax and fees is absolutely ridiculous for one night!!!

Great hotel! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is that it was advertised that it offered 24-hour room service. (One of the reasons we chose it.) Room service ended at 11pm and closed for lunch hours. If you don’t care about that, this is a great hotel ... close to everything!

For my 1st night, I stayed at the Lasalle Hotel in Chicago and was very pleased with my stay. I was missing access to a pool, however. So, the next night I decided to book the Hyatt, SPECIFICALLY for pool access. We bought our swim suits, checked in and were excited for a swim. DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. The website pictures are misleading—the pool was outdated. The perimeter was covered in black mold, rusted and molded inside the pool. The hotel room was comfortable, for the most part. The room clearly needed a vacuum and dusting. As a farmer, it takes a lot of work to earn enough for a nearly $400/night hotel stay. I really wish it were as relaxing as I needed this stay to be.
