40 floors and only 3 elevators. 6 am - 10 am very busy to get on an elevator.

Hotel muy viejo con falta de mantenimiento, aire acondicionado de museo muy ruidoso, alfombras muy sucias, falta de mantenimiento en general, elevadores tardan hasta 20 minutos en llegar, son pocos para tantas habitaciones, y por si fuera poco: deje mi tarjeta de crédito en garantía y me cobraron dinero de mas a lo que me habían cotizado, he perdido mucho tiempo haciendo llamadas a diferentes personas y nadie me da solución: solamente me dan otro numero para llamar pero nadie me soluciona nada

L emplacement centre accessible à pied, métro très proche. Propreté, la chambre a été faite tous les jours sans demande particulière. La vue exceptionnelle : nous étions au 35e, nous avions demandé un étage élevé, notre demande a été entendue. Vue dégagée d angle. L ensemble du personnel et plus particulièrement le monsieur du petit déjeuner le samedi 11 mai. Le petit-déjeuner. Proximité du whole foods market, qui vend des salades et plats chauds cuisinés en self service, repas très bons. Rideaux occultants.

Le petit-déjeuner manque de variété. La moquette est datée. Conseil : prendre un étage élevé pour avoir une superbe vue sur Chicago.

The location is great for touring chicago. While the valet is very expensive, it was certainly handy.

all the staff were wonderful however the young lady at the check in desk certainly is in the wrong line of work. Couldn't smile or even try to be friendly. Time to try and make some changes to the elevator issues. Crazy long waits which is unacceptable (even if you post notes advising of the issues)

Friendly and helpful staff

They did not have the room i reserved available. My whole family was forced to share room - two bed and sofa shared space.

The location is excellent. All of the staff went extra steps to accommodate. They were friendly, professional and helpful. I don’t know what more you can ask of hotel staff. Breakfast was always hot and good! Breakfast room was well maintained.

I have no complaints.

La posizione è ottima e le camere molto spaziose. Ci hanno pulito la stanza e cambiato gli asciugamani ogni giorno, cosa oramai non più scontata in queste catene alberghiere, soprattutto negli USA.

La colazione non ha molta scelta. La struttura sarebbe da rimodernizzare.

Świetna lokalizacja, pełne wyposażenie pokoju, wygodne łóżka.

śniadania nie były dobre, monotonne, zero warzyw, mały wybór. Trochę takie bez smaku. Za to pokój wyposażony w kuchnię zatem można zrobić sobie coś lepszego w pokoju.

Room was great. People were friendly. Clean. Valet parking people were great!

Breakfast was kind of strange. They had sausage, potatoes and waffles or cereal. No eggs. Everyone kept asking where were the eggs. Toast and bagels. Needed something to go with the potatoes and sausage.

We had a corner room, and it was great, we had 2 big windows to look out, and the cleaning lady came every day we were there. She also came early in the morning while we were gone, and was gone before we were done w/breakfast.

that we couldn't catch a cab right in front of the building, we had to walk across to the hospital to catch a cab.

Personeel bij het ontbijt was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie prima ook qua vervoer en bereikbaarheid van de locaties die we wilden bezoeken

Verbetering is altijd mogelijk maar qua prijs/kwaliteit was het allemaal naar tevredenheid.

Location was great, the valet was very convenient. The staff was the best part by far. Lynette the lobby greeter was amazing, she gave us lots of helpful tips for doing things around the city and really made sure to make our anniversary special. Damien (possibly spelled wrong) in the kitchen was amazing as well. His friendly and outgoing personality really brightened up our day in the mornings.

Nothing that wouldnt be nit picking, it was a great stay.

Ruime, schone kamer. Wel een beetje gedateerd, maar geen probleem voor mij. Bedden waren heel goed. Ontbijt voldoende aanbod. Prettig en behulpzaam personeel. De locatie is uitstekend. Alles was op goede loopafstand.

Niets viel mij tegen.

The room was Super nice, clean and comfortable with an Awesome view. TJ at the front desk was Awesome. He gave us a list with good restaurants to go. Housekeeper Elizabeth was The Best Super attentive.

I was disappointed that the pool was Closed 😔 I would suggest for them to use that area for people to enjoy the Magnificent views and have like a fire pit and chairs.

Rymligt boende. Bra med kök och möjlighet att laga mat. Fräscht och bra städat. Läget var toppen och personalen fantastiska.

Bäddsoffan vår 17-åring sov i var inte skön. Den knarrade och man kände alla fjädrarna genom madrassen. Sprucket handfat. Frukosten serverades enbart med engångsartiklar, papperstallrikar och plastbestick. Småförpackningar av plast till sylt, smör, ost o sirap mm. Detta är inte hållbart, tänk på vårt klimat.

2 días no hicieron limpieza en la habitación suponemos era el descanso de la señora de base. 1 dia de plano ya no habia desayuno y bajamos 1 hora antes que terminara

Great location and nice rooms. Rooms were big and having a full fridge and freezer was handy.

Staff were a huge let down for a nice property that is ideally located. Requested room cleaning on 4 occasions but never arrived. How the manager handled it was very poor - offered us 2 bottles of water (which were free anyway). Basic stuff but very negatively impacted our stay as it was so frustrating. Wouldn't stay again.

I booked the hotel at $160.00. With tax a total of $182.00. For security deposit $100.00 which brought the total to $282.00. At checkout I was charged $382.00.

I requested extra towels and request was not granted. Instead there were not enough towels available.Overall

The concierge JT was super awesome. He gave us some great recommendations for food and stuff to do. Really cheerful attitude and made us feel extremely welcome.

The breakfast was average. Sorta bland, nothing really special however lots of breakfast food in nearby restaurants.

The room's views were fantastic. The water was extremely hot (which was great). The hotel was also really quiet.

The main reason we selected this hotel was the option for breakfast in the AM (as we had action-packed days planned). Our first morning there, the sausage and eggs had a particular color, but we were willing to eat it. As we started making our waffles at the waffle station (station was a mess) , a German roach appeared from under the machine. We decided to immediately throw away our plates and buy food elsewhere (which actually ended up working out because we found an amazing brunch place). In regards to the room, our bathroom was dated, with pieces of wallpaper missing from the walls. While it didn't really matter as we planned to spend more time outside the room than inside, others might have a different idea.

The staff was very helpful, complementary breakfast was very good. Location was awesome at the heart of downtown, so you can move around by walking.

This property is very old, so some careful modifications in the hallway, elevators, cleaning the window panes, clean pool, etc can make the experience far better.
