Great location. A very modernistic design which you will either love or hate. Great robots to deliver to the rooms that might actually be friendlier than some of the staff!

Unusual design and won’t be to everyone’s taste. Staff gave the air of being slightly uninterested. Room not cleaned at all on one day and then arrived at 8.20 am the next. Great robots to deliver to the rooms. English did not seem to be the first language of many in the restaurant. Tried to get a room with a bath but that didn’t seem possible to do as the lady on reception didn’t seem to know which ones they were. Overall very expensive for what it was and I wouldn’t go back.

While staying at the hotel Nicholas was a great helps. I had a cake delivery that got misplaced and Nicholas took the extra care to make sure it was found and delivered promptly. The room was large with a great view of the city. I loved that it was freshen up daily. It was a great location for walking to everyone we wanted to see. Starbucks Reserve, the Art Institute, the Bean and the river architecture tour. Adding on the breakfast vouchers was a great value. It was a bit of a splurge to stay here, but as it was my birthday, I was super happy with the decision and the entire stay.

The hotel is very interesting. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant. You have an amazon echo in the room that you can use for room service and other misc things. Room service is delivered with robots which is something I've never seen done before and gives it a very unique experience. The breakfast is not included since it's served by their restaurant, so you order what you like.

The bed top sheet could stand to be replaced

Loved the location, close to Michigan Avenue. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable.

I loved this hotel. Great location, room was beautiful. There were so many little detailed that were appreciated.

My only complaint was that the room was serviced while a do not disturb sign was in place.

location of the property is close to magnificent mile and shopping

really no likes; if anything that caught my eye of concern was that staff does not clean the metal frame above the bed which was dusty and noticed when the lights were on

I loved the attention to detail with the decor and staff. Extremely helpful. Made my mom and I feel so welcomed
