One night stay for a reunion, good location, great for parking just behind the hotel. Room was a little dated but perfectly clean. Breakfast you may need to wait for tables at certain times. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The fact that we had to go u0 and down 6 levels as no lift , No reimbursement for the inconvenience at all.

We had a comfortable stay and were looked after well by the staff. It was our first experience in a Holiday Inn Express but we will definitely use them again.

Had to pay for Parking! Yoghurt is missing from their Breakfast and very less Veg options in Breakfast.

The hotel was in a great position for the train station and a nice , easy walk into the city . The staff were lovely , breakfast was great and we would definitely go there again . The only negative was that the 3rd bed/sofa bed was quite uncomfortable but it didn’t ruin our stay .

Hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent and plentiful.
The mattresses are very firm but pillows and duvets were nice.
Our aircon didn’t work and we found out that the hotel was aware of this, a week prior to our arrival. However, they decided not inform us and expected that it was perhaps our fault for not asking if it worked, at check in. At £220 a night - I did expect a lot more. The toilet seat was also broken.

Convenient and close to the Temple Meads train station. Staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Good selection for breakfast! Lighting in the bathroom is terrible. Bed was comfy but not big enough for 2 people. This stop served our purpose for a short stay.

The staff in the evening and the morning were all very helpful and went out of their way to help us. We had a problem with our room air conditioning. Even with help, the room never really got cool, which made for an uncomfortable night for sleeping.

I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in. The room was small and dirty and hot and not up to Holiday Inn standards. I was assured by the desk clerk that I wouldn't be charged, but I was. I'm currently contesting the charge

Staff were great, made efforts to overcome problem with elevator service as well as compensating us for the inconvenience. Very nice buffet breakfast in a cheery bar area.

Lift was broken and my room was in the 6th floor

Two minutes walk from Bristol railway station. Cleanliness of room excellent, breakfast constantly topped up. On upper floor, no traffic noise though overlooking main road. No corridor noise, comfortable room. Just one issue, only one lift for the whole of the building, we had to walk up and downstairs several times.

Room very clean and comfortable. Ensuite toilet and shower also very clean. Shower had plenty of hot water.
Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice of food and beverages, both hot and cold.
Noise from traffic was noticeable even from the 6th floor, but this did not disturb my sleep.
Wifi was a decent speed, but it did not permit me using apps like BBC IPlayer, Pluto TV and ITVX. This may have been a temporary glitch, but it only occurred in the hotel.

We only stayed for one night but the service was excellent. Every member of staff that we met were very attentive. We arrived back at the hotel after a concert, we went to the bar for a drink and again the staff were great, very friendly. The cleanliness of our room was excellent as was the rest of the hotel. 10/10

We had a room on the third floor at the back of the hotel. very quiet. Clean, comfortable bed, Not a large room but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Staff very helpful and friendly, great breakfast. Easy walking distance of the train station, and the city centre. Great stay. Thank you.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was very poor though - the water flow is very weak.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lift was broken and I had to carry my own luggage up 6 flights of stairs to get to the room. The shower had only warm water, no hot water, the water in the sink tap was hotter. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the food had been sitting around for a while.
