Great location for attending Braves games. Easily walkable to Truist Park and the Battery! Staff is very helpful and friendly!

Great lication foe Truist Park

We chose this hotel not only because of its proximity to Truist stadium but also because it carries the Hilton brand. It does not come up to the Hilton standard. Carpet in the hallways needs to be changed, rooms are small, breakfast can best be described as minimal. The front desk staff is the best part of the hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is an updated older building. I don’t need lux linens at this price, but I could read a book through the thin washcloth and the sheets in the first room we were given were stained. The lids didn’t fit the paper coffee cups. Again, the staff were friendly and helpful, but the little things added up to the extent that I’ll find a different place to stay the next time I’m in the area.

Third time staying here when we come to town for Atlanta Braves game. Super convenient walk to the stadium. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Floors were disgusting. Bathroom door didnt close. Air conditioner wouldnt stay on. If it was warmer than 68 in the room, it was muggy in the room. The bathtub had not been cleaned. Ran out of milk and orange juice in the breakfast area. Not many options other than bagels and cereal. Pool closed early. Everything else looked decent. Area felt safe. Quick walk from the ballpark which is what we really wanted. I think better housekeepers and a regular maintenance check will go a long way in making this hotel better. Breakfast isnt that big of a deal since it was complimentary. Wouldve been nice if the pool hours were longer. They open it when everyone is out doing stuff, which is inconvenient. At least stay open til 10 or 11. Staff and other guests were friendly and respectful though, so huge plus. Just wish it wasnt so dirty.

Great remodeling job and new staff is extremely helpful. Great business stop or hotel for a 20 minute walk to the stadium and battery.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean.

Nice well kept hotel that was comfortable and clean.

It did the job. AC worked great, bed was comfy. Smelled clean, quiet, good water pressure. Negatives: dispensers in the shower were absolutely empty. Light in the bathroom strobed so if you have seizures, consider somewhere else. Food hidden under the refrigerator.

When you first arrive it looks small and not so clean but its amazing. The toom was super nice and clean. The front desk associates were really friendly and check in was a breeze. Everything in the hotel was great.

For the price, the room was what we would expect. On the small side, but clean and nicely updated. The room we were given was fine the first night, but by the second night, the water stopped working in the sink and shower. The staff was helpful in giving us the room next door, but we were traveling on a long road trip and having to switch rooms at 11pm was not ideal. Also, the options for breakfast were extremely limited.

Charged me for my stay twice and an additional $50.00. Pictures were dececeptful no hot breakfast. No housekeeping before 7 am. Loud neighbors. Only thing good is distance from ball park

So there was actually a hole in my room, the ac was ify. Asked the front desk for a new room and he acted like I was incompetent on how to work the thermostat. The hole was by the ac unit leading to the outside. I took a video and photo of it. Walls were paper thin. Tbh if I was Hilton I wouldn’t have my name on this hotel

Clean and quiet. Easy walk to the baseball field.

Pretty close to park. Good value

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at this spot to catch a Braves game. The location is in walking distance to Truist park which makes it very convenient for a ballgame. Parking is good the rooms are updated. They have recently changed from Days Inn to Spark so they have fresh paint, etc. the building is older but well maintained. Also note that the price went up with the new management but still a little less than surrounding hotels. We’ll probably stay here again because we like familiarity and friendly hosts.

Pool needed cleaning and breakfast choices very limited. But overall a very nice renovation and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

I couldn’t get my receipt

I had reserved a handicap accessible room for 4 nights. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no handicap rooms available, they had been filled. The young woman at reception never apologized nor did she offer any solutions to resolve the issue. Her only contribution was to say she would talk to her manager and get me a refund. Two days later and that still has not happened.

No manager reconstruction no warning, Sheetrock dust all in the air, plug sockets loose, bath tub mat needed replaced, floors were dirty, mattresses from rooms outside non covered

It just wasn’t a good experience. The floor was dirty, the office chair didn’t work and was covered in sugar?, the bathtub was sloped so it was weirdly hard to stand in for a shower and there was warm water at best. Also, the whole first floor was under construction and everything was messy. The bed was fine.
