Property is OK to just stay and sleep with earplugs, but the confort and cleanliness is just average.

We booked this last minute during summer time after a flight cancelled. Staff at the reception was very helpful, price was reasonable, we could cook our own meals (there are two supermarkets very close), room was very comfortable and had blackout curtains (we previously stayed in another hotel nearby which didn't, so could be hard for some to sleep after sunrise), there is a tram/bus stop very close which gets you to central Geneva in 20 minutes and Geneva airport in about 50 minutes (with 1 change). We would certainly stay there again.

Disgusting experience from Appart’ City. Parking and the elevator gave a good impression for our 1-night stay. The staff seemed friendly at first but unprofessional & rude when they assistance was required. The room was vile. Stains covered everything. Water stains on the ceiling, and more gunk all over the carpet and couch. The bed had some brown marks on it; this is not good for a hotel. I would rather sleep in their elevator. The kitchen looked unusable, with the doors literally going to come off their hinges. Compliment for you Appart’ City: the restrooms you provided are as clean as a public porta-potty… Worst thing was when we went to find they gave us 3 pillows (they weren’t actually pillows but feather-thin small cushions) for a group of 4. What? We went to ask for another, but the receptionist said they were closed. That was it. I told we had paid for 4 and requested many times as otherwise we won't be able to sleep. She sighed, and stormed off. Later, she’d dropped off the cushion, knocking impatiently on the door. Overall, a terrible experience. Do not go. EVER.

It had everything we needed

The apartment in the hotel met and exeeded our expectation. It had all the necessary basics, was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front reception was very professional and attentive to our requests. Highly recomended.

The experience was terrible. We arrived to check-in at 2:00 PM (as per the reservation). The receptionist checked us in. However, when we went inside the room, we realized that room was not cleaned after the last guest. Bed sheets were dirty with stains and blankets were on the floor. We took photographs and went to the receptionist who told us that room was not cleaned and not ready (so why we were checked in this room). We were told to come back after 1 hour. After 1 hour, we realized the kitchen sink was fully clogged and water won't drain at all. We took the video and showed again to the receptionist. He came to our room and put draino to unclog the drain. (We were told to wait for an hour before putting any water). It did not solve the problem. We went back to receptionist. They did not have any solution. The facility manager said that a plumber will come next day and fix the problem. (No one came for next four days to fix the drain). I have video proofs. They refuse to change room. Kitchen was totally unusable for duration of our stay. The place is rundown. The photos of the property as well as room do not reflect the current state. There was a antiquated grill appliance instead of microwave. The staff was unresponsive and rude and avoided making eye contact in case we ask for plumbing technician. The receptionist closes the front area 1/2 hour earlier. Stay away from this property.

Easily accessible from the city

Towels were dirty upon arrival. Also, they programmed the key to work only one night so I came back the second night and it did not work, that wouldn’t be a problem had someone been in the lobby but this lobby opens only at certain hours. It was quite challenging. Exterior looks depressing. I arrived around 1pm when there's no check-in but the front door is also shut so you'd have to wait outside, can't even wait indoors. Room was decent at least so it made it bearable.

really bad treatment by the staff and unpleasant. who had no idea about our booking. Poor information. we booked one night at the hotel with breakfast included and and parking space for the car. the receptionist has refused us o to eat breakfast and park the car. until we showed her booking confirmation. very bad. poor information regarding late check-in. we arrived at 21:30 and the reception was then closed. no staff found to welcome us as per booking confirmation. no information had been sent to us with reference to finding key etc.

There is no one in the recaption at all. No one to help me. It’s panic and scary.

The apartment was adequate. Hallways are dark and narrow. City taxes must be paid when you arrive, and are not included in your online payment. Paid parking available on premise, costs more for parking under the building. Three mile walk to downtown Genève, Switzerland. Grocery store across the street.

Appartment in convenient location, spacious, decent facilities, friendly staff. A bit dated, apartment floor needed cleaning, other apartment garbage in hallways for some time.overall ok value for money

The title may be misleading...Though is listed under Geneve, Switzerland, this aparthotel is located in France, not in Switzerland. It is not too bad if you don't mind being 25 minutes away from the center. Or If you don't mind having ants on the floor and in your bed. Or if you don't mind that the entire street is either under construction or being repaired. If none of these bothers you, then go there to spend a couple of days in Geneve

Well placed for my need, feels comfortable and familiar

Travelling to and from the airport was very easy and convenient. Was given a free travel ticket at the airport. Took about 45 minutes on the train and the bus. Hotel is easily accessible, bus 61 takes you to the center of Geneva. ( 20 minutes). , 5 minutes walk from the border with Switzerland where you can catch a tram to the center. To my opinion this is not a Hotel but an appartment . We were allocated a studio room .. which is bigger than I expected. Has a kitchen and fridge. The reception staff were ok especially the man ( Malaha) was helpful. Hotel does not accept any other currency apart from Euro. Down side was the bed was un comfortable.. the matress wires were protruding which is risky. Spent 3 nights and no room clean. Breakfast was just basic.. The kitchen staff were nice and apologetic for lack of choice. All in all I was happy with this stay on France side because of the cost which you cannot find on Switezearland side. Hotels in Geneva are sturbonly expensive!!!

Never stay at this (place) If Expedia offer this as a Hotel I will not even use it?

The hotel needs a huge renovation work. Breakfast is poor. Bad location.

Nice hotel at the center of the city Nearly to the g

The only downside to this place which Expedia should of let all customers know including the hotel is that they are doing major road works. This is a nightmare travelling as so many one way roads and seems to add approximately 15-20mins extra on journey to get to the correct road.About the hotel location luckily there is a supermarket less than 2mins walk on the same road. Rooms are a little small but manageable.The staff nice. However there is one gentleman who goes beyond great lengths to help out. I think he may be a manager of some sort. Easiest way to describe is he has a bold patch (sorry to identify you this way). But he is to nice and certainly deserves great recognition.One thing I would advise those who are going to check in late. Make sure to call before 9pm if possible and request code for front door. Otherwise you will be extremely sorry for the whole night and wont be able to check in till the following morning as there is no staff.

Stayed there for a night only. Room was large, but needs upgrading. Light on the hallway not working, lift doesnt give a safe feeling.Reception staff very friendly.If you have a car, must pay for parking 6 euros/day.

Carpet and rooms were smelly. Roads around construction that were causing difficult access to the hotel if you are driving.Our apartment was on floor 1 and windows were towards the road which noisy nights and uncomfortable sleep.Staff was helpful anyway.

The double bed room I requested was not available upon check in. They said they upgraded me to an apartment. The carpet was filthy and the two twin beds shoved together was uncomfortable for my husband and I. The TV was in a separate living room and the sofas were dusty. We were provided with 3 small bar soaps for our 3 night stay and no housekeeping service. Only good thing was the apartment had a small fridge and kitchenette with plates and utensils which we really didn’t need. Continental breakfast was decent with pastries, yogurt and hot beverages. It was also located in France and too far from the Geneva airport for our Swiss vacation.
