Pool was nice and self laundry machine was so helpful!

Inconsistent House keeping service, they didn’t come everyday. When I requested morning service as we needed the room, they didn’t come etc… maybe the hotel should have the door knob card “ please clean my room” sign?

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location for airport. Nice outside space.

Dishwasher in the kitchen to be improved

Large free parking. There is a large store nearby where you can buy groceries. There is a kitchen and dishes and a dishwasher. The airport is 5 minutes away. A good varied breakfast. The family room is quite large. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sofa in the living room.

The hotel is declared as 4 stars, but there can't be such a dirty room in a 4-star hotel. A huge stain on the carpet. The whole sofa is also stained. Dirty bed linen, and someone's discarded food is lying on the balcony, and it's dirty and very old. Check out of the hotel at 11 o'clock, exactly at this time we were leaving the room, but the phone rang and I came back. It turned out that they were calling from the reception to inform us that we should already vacate the room. The hotel is half empty. There wasn't even a 5 minute delay. We travel a lot and this is the first time.

Only the location, it was near to Geneve right on border. And also good big shopping store nearby.

Good location when aiming to be in Geneva.very short distance to CERN and factually few hundred meters from border crossing only. Good breakfast service and choice

Rooms are somewhat dated, but large!

Friendly staff and even received a message in the day to see if I had any special requests upon arrival.

Strange room layouts and quite dated but fine for what we needed which was just a night stopover, arriving late and before moving on the next morning.

This is a very decent hotel in a close proximity to the French sector of the Geneva airport. We arrived quite late when all nearby restaurants already closed. The manager on duty was very friendly and helpful and served us a nice supper from the products they had in the kitchen.

Close proximity to Geneva airport so it's ideal place for overnight stays for early departures. It has dedicated parking which is a plus. Close to carrefour grocery and a pharmacy. It's in a quite residential area in south France.

The road constructions and road closures in the area is making the travel to and from quite confusing. Area is in the border of Geneva and France so Uber is not available if you are planning to go by Uber, they just dont come there as it's in the border. However, there's a closeby bus stop that takes you to Geneva city center or airport.

The location is very convenient for trips to Geneva and surrounding area. Everything you could need is provided in the rooms (iron, fridge, kettle, hob). The room size was fine and the breakfast was good.

The rooms are in need of renovation as they seem quite dated. The key cards for the rooms often didn't work and the cleaning was well below par for a four star hotel.

breakfast was great, lots of choices of food, many tea options. Kitchenette and Bath was great.

Room was not clean enough as hair was found on the bed and floor was not hoovered especially near the area of the dining table. We paid all the room charge upon arrival, upon check out, the receptionist told us that we have an outstanding bill of 50 euros and she were asking us if we paid the whole room charge upon arrival. Eventually they found that it was a wrong posting of 50 euros about the purchase of suitcases which showed on my bill, and we didn’t purchase anything from the hotel.

Very Good Location, just outside the France/Swiss border, on a road always free. Allowed us to reach the parkig in the centre of Geneve in 20min max by car. Plenty of free parking onsite as well at any time. Huge size of the room (2 floors) with a terrace in each floor and a small kitchenette (small but with all needed provided)

Cleanliness is OK, Staff not overly helpful.

I was alone but they gave me a room with two single beds.

I think that for guests that are alone, there should be a big bed instead of joining to single beds.
