We had an amazing stay for my Birthday! Kenny at the front desk took very good care of us making sure we have the best room on the 19th floor with a private sauna and jacuzzi!! On the birthday there was a price of cake in our room to say Happy Birthday. Thank you for such great service.

Clean and comfortable hotel close to the downtown of Miraflores in Lima. We enjoyed our stay, this was within walking distance to the stores and El Malecon where you have some landmarks worth seeing. The breakfast was great and staff was very helpful

Good hotel and service

Love this place hands down best place to stay. My room had a hot tub and a sauna! Also the room was overall the most comfortable hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Great breakfast and even better location in Milaflores

I love the breakfast buffet for the variety of foods to choose and the service as well. I didn’t like as much dinning But overall is a great location and good service from the staff.

The breakfast buffet is very good and the restaurant has very good dining options. I wanted to give 5 stars, and its probably 4.5 stars, but i had a better experience in Cusco at a locally run hotel. If the hotel had filtered drinking water I wpuldnhave rated it higher, but I had to spend time finding a supermarket to buy bottled water to brush my teeth and drink as the only hotel option was a 13 Sole miniscule bottle of water (about 150ml). This was irritating for the price of the hotel. If you can drink the local water its probably 5 star or close. If not its 4 star and you should BYO drinking water.

old and mediocre quality of room

Room 2008 (20th Floor) toilet was not flushing so we notified personnel however they did not fix it/ Avoid that room.

Staff was super helpful. Clean facility, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Great experience.

Great location within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the view from the 21st floor each morning for breakfast and evening for a cocktail. The ceiling in our bathroom had a big leak but it was quicly taken care of/ .

The room was so cold, and there was no way to heat it up. They only gave to me an extra blanket.

This hotel is mediocre at best. The room was extremely uncozy and had a distinct unpleasant smell throughout the room and bathroom. There was no view. Not at all as advertised. I do not recommend it at all.

Fantastic location with great accessibility to key attractions in Miraflores, including the Larcomar shopping center and the Mercado Indio. Breakfast service is excellent.

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Lima. In the center of Miraflores, easy walk to everything, clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast at the last floor with a beautiful view of Miraflores and ocean, not expensive, Juan Valdez coffee at the lobby - the hotel has it all.

It is an older hotel. Our double room was large with a nice bathroom and hot. hot water. But no heat. I did not realize heat is not offered in many hotels. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful even though the hotel was full. Located in a busy area across from a big casino it was fine.

Amazing food and great service

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet on the 21st floor was top notch, with breathtaking view of the city and ocean. Restaurants, pharmacy within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

The location was great. Several restaurant options and the restaurant on 21st floor is also wonderful and has great views. Its a short walk to costa verde highly recommend the walk along the coast. You'll find love park there and larcomar shopping mall.

Amaizing hotel in Miloflores area of Lima

The staff was really good and helped us whenever we needed them. I stayed with a young Kid and we had to leave early in the morning, the staff especially Diego packed us some breakfast for the trip. Highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, good food and superstar breakfast

Great location!! The hotel is a bit older and it shows in some of the areas. The premium suite is great with the in suite sauna, but it’s super annoying that the sauna keeps overheating and you have to reset it. The hot tub did not work when we tried using it on our last night (we stay 4), b it not surprised as everything in the room was a little old. The suite is super spacious with plenty of of sitting area and even had a spinning bike in the room. It all appears to be pretty clean on the surface, but it could use a more thorough cleaning as when you are in the shower stall and look up you will see some not so clean spots high on the stall. The staff was always cordial, albeit it all felt a bit sterile. Breakfast is fantastic as they have plenty of choices. Overall, we had a good stay, but a second visit is a solid maybe as it was our first time in Lima and we e have nothing else to compare it to. The value is great and with some minor adjustments this hotel could be a great pick.
