Last minute booking for family funeral

Hotel was basic, but great value for money. Disappointed the pool table is no longer there, photos on website needs updating . Area ok, parking good. Didn't eat in hotel, bar area looked nice , would stay again

Hotel in great and easy position to get to, breakfast buffet very good, room very clean but also very dated, not worth the money we paid, alittle tatty in places and never enough drink making ingredients but ask and you will receive.
Had a ground floor room not the best place but had no extractor in bathroom, but over all good would stay again if spruced up.

Everything was perfect for our 3 day stay.

On an industrial estate so feels less safe
However once inside for a basic hotel it was friendly and seems very efficient. Room was very comfortable and I would def stay again. Restaurant next door was great value too

Very nice stay at the Ibis Lincoln, staff all really helpful, better than a Premier Inn. Room clean and comfortable, shower always nice and hot. Breakfast was good

Although there was a reception desk, it doesn't represent, or actually maybe it does represent what I would expect when i arrive at any Hotel. Did not feel friendly or Welcome at all. Everything about this place was basic, service, rooms everything. I spent more time letting Guest know what I knew than any staff, as they were often hard to find.

Standards that you wouldexpecyof a chain hotel. Some of the decor a little tired e.g. room door and bathroom door.
Lift unable to be called from ground floor. Plenty of parking. Pub adjacent had rapid EV chargers to add to Ibis standard EV chargers.
Breakfast ok but having stained in Ibis in France we expected a greater choice of continental breakfast.
We would return again.

This hotel is what i would consider a budget hotel and hence its location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The rooms look a bit tired and in need of some minor updates. Replace decades old computer sockets for USB sockets. TV was terrible.sound was so poor it was impossible to hear. There was no aircon just windows . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ample free parking and EV charging. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Good choices but no fried egg.lol. theres a pub diner and KFC local so choice for food and drink.

The property was very clean..lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful the hotel is also a short walk to a bus stop into Lincoln City. This is a budget hotel and exceeded my epectations. I would definitely use it again.
A small gripe is that one morning one staff member was complaining very loudly in the reception area about another staff member..I suggested maybe he should complain in an office and not in a public area.

They did not have my booking when i arrived... i was kept waiting, therefore creating a que in a packed lobby. Only 2 female staff manning the whole hotel, no-one was serving in restaurant creating more ques... not a great experience at all really.. luckily for me only a flying visit,...

The bed was glorious, the most comfortable hotel bed to date.

Good value one night stay in order to attend a local event. Busy hotel but efficient check in. Pleased to have free overnight parking. We didn't have breakfast but it was offered at £12 which was rather too expensive given that we don't eat a huge amount. Pleased with the room which was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is on an industrial estate which means it’s quiet, which is good. Less good is you hear everyone above and below you. And whilst it’s basic, and that’s fine, dirty is not. Our room smelt of old smoke and was really quite filthy. Lastly, they do breakfast for £12! Right next door the windmill offers buffet breakfast for £7.99. Why would I eat in the hotel? Bonkers poor value. On the plus side, the staff were great, can’t fault them. Would I stay again, I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. You live and learn

I loved the staff here, they welcomed us so well. My pooch made the wall of fame. Great that we can have our dogs in rooms. Made visiting my student son, a lot easier. Lovely breakfast, great shower. Only fault, is not with staff, but other dog owners. They leave there dogs poo all over grass. Hotel so have cameras up and a policy and fine. Not fair on others staying there without dogs.
Both overall a lovely weekend, comfortable beds.
Will be back.
