The breakfast was awesome, everything so fresh and clean and great quality breads/pastries/hot sausages and eggs... Laundry service was also super fast - same day return! and very friendly and helpful staff...

Was good and safe, some noise but is normal. Window broken left open and no one able to repair, lights switches very funny works.

We had a lovely time at the hotel and the place was n ie. What made the stay outstanding was the staff. They were all helpful and friendly and made me and my children feel welcome. I can’t think of an interaction that wasn’t 100% positive!!! From amazing housekeeping, wonderful wait staff to jasmine at the pool. I have stayed in holidays inns before which were nice etc but the Staff who work there are a credit to holiday inn!!!

We usually stay the night before our travels from Norwich airport. The hotel is walking distance from the airport . This time we did have an issue with our room. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day.

We used the Hotel for an overnight stay before we got an early flight the next morning. We did have dinner at the hotel which was good but very overpriced.

Room was very dated, mattress was hard, tv kept flickering. Food in lobby bar was really poor. Had sticky ribs and they were as dry as a dessert!! Wouldn’t return here.

Check in was very smooth, staff very friendly and informative about facilities and function rooms as there were 2 in progress. Breakfast room was spotless and well laid out with a large selection of items to suit alm dietary requirements.

Fantastic customer service. Nothing too much trouble. Good variety of food. Well sized swimming pool.

Very family friendly place with the right focus on making families comfortable. Good facilities, we particularly enjoyed the VIK facilities and the swimming pool!

When i got to my room, the door was open, rubbish and saw dust across the entrance, heating wasnt working and the bathroom extractor very noisy.. but i went to reception and they were not only apologetic, but very helpful with resolving and changing my room

Service was very friendly. Hotel facilities good. Nice breakfast selection and reasonable evening meals. Plenty of parking. Room was in poor condition. Very cold - only heating was a small oil-filled radiator. Towel rail did not work. It was clean but bad condition and so cold I checked out early.

The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious.

The overall stay was great. Kind and helpful staff and the installations well prepared. We could relax at the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. After that, we got new fresh hotel towels. We had a good family weekend. Even we played board games at the bar.

All the staff was really friendly made you feel really welcome as soon as you walk into the hotel the room itself was clean and tidy swimming pool is great for the kids foods good overall really good experience at this hotel we will definitely be staying again sometime.😊

A tired hotel patched up. Great service from all the staff. The building needs attention - power sockets didn't all work, hot water wasn't hot, water pressure very low and such like - all minor on their own, but a full refurb would help a lot, as would better maintenance for the small issues.

Our stay was lovely and relaxing before a flight the following day. Evening meal was very good, breakfast also, good selection. Only negatives our room was a little tired, also the bench seats in the restaurant. Could due with updating.

Pleasant stay, very convenient for our needs. Only downside was same as most UK hotels lack of maintenance. Shaver socket not working , television reception poor.

On the plus side the staff were really friendly and helpful (reception helped us book a taxi) and the choice of food at breakfast was wide. Plentiful free parking on site. On the negative side we could not get a table for dinner until late because of a function (which nobody had told us about) and our room was cold.

Excellent Hotel with very helpful staff !

The Holiday Inn Norwich is classed as a 4 star hotel, I use it because it is handy for my onward travel. During my recent stay I went to the restaurant to order food and was advised that the restaurant was closed due to a large party ongoing but room service was available. I advised the member of staff that I was meeting colleagues and did not want to eat in my room and as a guest I should have some priority. The member of staff went to speak to the manager and a compromise of a 30 minute wait was agreed, Not great but I agreed as better than sitting in the room or walking to Mcdonalds on a cold night The main lobby of the hotel is very cold as the main doors remain open for long periods plus the warm air blower above was not working when enquired about. Whilst chatting to colleagues we were forced to wear warm coats as it was so cold. The staff at the hotel are great and I do not have an issue with this, but as a regular guest and a IHG member I do have an issue with the availability of food and the temperature within the main areas of the hotel.
