Really terrible hotel! Even the air conditioner did not work! Everything including the breakfast the cheapest things! People working there and the management not nice! Just don’t trust the rating! It is not a good hotel!

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because they claimed that they provided an actual buffet breakfast. This was untrue. It was just a continental breakfast. I guess they thought they could say it was a breakfast because they had a waffle maker. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely sporadic, to say the least. I also think that parking should be included in the price of the room, NOT an additional charge.

Had to pay $8/day parking!! Otherwise, nice rooms and staff.

Was very well maintained. Selected for its location.

The staff was great! They even offed me a room upgrade. Would stay here again.

What a great find! The Nova was the perfect place for our 4 night stay in the Bay. I chose the location due to its proximity in between two family members. A quick entrance on to the freeway going both North and South made it easy to get to our destinations quickly. The staff were VERY friendly and were very responsive when the air conditioning in our room decided to fail...during a heat wave. They assured us it would be fixed, or, we would be moved to another room. We were on our way out and when we returned many hours later, the front desk attendant immediately greeted us and confirmed that the air was up and running. The room was simple, but, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was impeccably clean and the photos were an accurate representation of the room we booked. We didnt avail ourselves of the complimentary breakfast, but, there were plenty of folks that did. The dining room looked well eqipped to feed everyone well. We were always greeted with smiles from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE!! They provided restaurant recommendations, directions to the nearest coffee (needed my Peet's coffee fix!), and any other questions were, always, met with a smile. I, honestly, just felt that everyone truly enjoyed they're job and taking care of their guests. I will DEFINITELY return!!

My daughter got bitten by bed bugs, we told the staff, they returned the payment for one night and never pay for medicine a Or doctors visit. Great location but we had a hell of a week because my daughter felt so uncomfortable with the bugs bites. She was really miserable

Nonissues

The breakfast options were limited and only protein available were boiled eggs and ham. And the last day the ham was not available. This hotel has staff shortage and the room has leaky toilet bowl. The conditioner bottle was filled with body soap.

Convenient and well priced

The manager was such a delight. The breakfast was good, has your basics and it's really all you need. It was about a 20-30 drive to the main city areas. The uber rides were no more than $30 which was more than fair. There's a few fast food options and a gas stationn/ convenience store within walking distance making it very practical in case you need to grab anything last minute. The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was nice and helpful. We would stay again!

We had a great experience here. Considering the price it exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Building is a bit older but they had a brand new tv in our unit and convenient plugs. Beds are a bit firm but in a good way? Like I'm 250 lb and my gf is 95 lb and we both had a surprisingly great nights sleep. We checked in to the omni in SF for a work meeting after, but if we were traveling on a budget we'd stay again. Customer service was great and they were always upbeat, friendly and positive.

Wow, the best Hotel on the strip. Clean well maintain rooms. Comfortable beds, nice 50inch tv mounted to the wall. only bad thing was there not much variety in Breakfast on the hot side which was only Belgium Waffles. but overall will definitely will come back
