My door was difficult to close. I spoke to the front desk and they still didn't have maintenance come. Friday and Saturday nights you cant get to sleep, it sounds like a club is right outside your room. I was very disappointed, the bed squeaked evertime i moved, the shower leaked, the ac vent was broken and hanging off. I was very dissatisfied if i could have changed hotels i would have.....and got my money back......

The place was super dirty,and smelly,also the mattress was terrible we left one day before we was supposed wr couldn't do it anymore. The price is okay if people don't care about tjose things. It was my first time with this hotel.Not a good experience not next time.I hope they do better.

Just stay one night there, nothing too much to talk about. Overall a good place to stay.

We was there for a week and I would stay there again. It was very nice for the price. The only problem we had was the TV and they came and fixed it within 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was my husband said he wished they had coffee pots in the rooms.

The place needs some work done. What I liked about staying here is it’s near the Norfolk Premium Outlet. Also closed to the Naval station.

The staff were all amazing, helpful, and friendly. The pool was a great! The shower pressure and bed (too firm for me) could have been better. Wish there was laundry on site but it’s conveniently located just over at the gas station. Overall I would stay again! I didn’t experience any of the negative things talked about in other review.

It's a place where employees are unfriendly and they basically don't do any service. It's also a very dirty place for the price. Also, I doubt Expedia is aware of these things.

It was quier, reasonably priced, and located near yhe places I was visiting.

Rooms were $163 each (we rented 2 rooms). Both the rooms rentented had bad smells. One reeked of cigarettes, the other some kind of mold smell. The Wifi didn't work in one room. It also had filthy floors (see rag picture) which required wiping as well as a busted door knob to the bath room (see 2nd picture).
The 5* reviews are misinformation. Believe the pictures.

This was a welcomed stay! The room was so clean and neat and I appreciate the staff so much. Its not until you've had a bad experience with a stay that you really appreciate the great stay! This is definitely a wonderful place. So close to food and convenience but the room itself was a quiet getaway! Wonderful staff, so friendly! Cannnot recommended highly enough! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
