It was a great stay, thought it would have access to payio area but no luck. Was good for the night.

We were only staying there one night, since we had extended a night, and our previous hotel was full, but I thought that it was pretty awesome. The room had 3 queen beds so all 3 got our own bed and got a great night sleep. The only little quirk is someone from above us was having a running marathon, but I put in my ear plugs and was able to sleep. So overall it was a good night

This hotel worked great for us. The staff is very friendly, it's clean, plenty of parking, and was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in the Oceanside area.

We got the room with a jacuzzi over $200 for the room, we got dinner and put leftovers on counter, came back 10 minutes later and it was covered by ants…..
Secondly the jacuzzi’s water was a trickle out and it wouldn’t get hot….called again to front desk to find out what was going on
They said we could change rooms after my husband was asleep already…we changed rooms and all seemed fine but wasn’t a good experience and we were celebrating our 46 anniversary…

The hair dryer got smoky and burned out immediately. The front dest person brought a new one in , but didn't install it. It would've just slid on to the wall where the bad one was.The most used touched surfaces were dirty, especially the alarm clock, and some light switches etc. The shower curtain was tearing near the loops. It smells of cigarette smoke. In general the people were very polite and friendly. Not a bad price for being a few blocks from the beach and food services. All and all I would stay again and bring more Lysol cleaning wipes.😉

Nadia was amazing. Very helpful. The GM had all the windows open during a heat wave. It was extremely hot in the building. His employees were sweating. The GM said “ if you are hot go to your room and turn AC on”. He was rude.

We come down to the San Diego area every year during the Labor Day weekend for a family reunion. We love that they have 3 queen beds for our family so it’s not super expensive nor do we have to get a separate room.

Stay was good. Tied us over for what we needed. Very dated. Breakfast was actually not good. You could hear others closing doors in hall early mornings that would wake us up. Staff were very friendly so that’s a plus but otherwise not our favourite

The beds were super comfortable, central location, very friendly staff. The only downside was there was a really moldy bad smell in the room. Every time we were in the room our daughter would get super congested. Because of this we would not stay there again.

We arrived an hour early and they allowed us to check in early with no extra charge the room was nice and spacious. We had an excellent ocean view and the breakfast was also nice

Room was good for our family. Location was great - a lot of places to eat and near beach. The only negative was a major one - toilet seat was horrendous. It was falling apart and made it look very unclean. We’re a pretty chill crew so we didn’t want to make a fuss about it. Breakfast was good.

My car was broken into no manager on sight and person at front desk did not know how to handle situation. He kept calling supervisor in xharge amd she would not answer calls. We were told she was going to start work at 10:30 a.m. we

Everything was perfect, although it would be convincente that all working staff could be able to extend you’re visit if desired and if there availability.

Hotel staff was nice, easy check in and check out. Room was clean and breakfast was decent. Had a shower head leak and front desk staff put work order in, (don’t bother calling they won’t answer). I had to follow up twice and leak was never fixed. Manager checked in with us which is nice and told us it will get fixed. I taped the leak for the time being, so it doesn’t leaked over the shower curtain and getting towels and floor wet while taking a shower.
There’s also an incident at the back of hotel where we parked ( as me and my sister walking back in to hotel, a woman and a man on a maroonish red car had doors open and car running at the back of hotel where you can’t see them. As soon as I got inside the hotel, the woman then asked my sister before she goes inside, if she want to buy a 5 dollar vape, my sister said no. These are signs of unsafe environment especially for kids. More cameras in the back parking lot could help deter sketchy activities. Overall a decent hotel, just feel unsafe after parking lot incident.

Property was great and staff were even better! Breakfast was good! My kiddos were happy about waffles! Coffee wasn’t the greatest but there was a Starbucks within walking distance (3-4 min) There are ton of food and shopping options! And so close to Oceanside Beach!

Bathroom had a leak. Not enough blankets and towels for guests. No room service unless asked, which we were not advised of. Breakfast was so so. Service and property was not commensurate with price we paid per night.

Clean rooms. Inconsistent water temperature in the shower (scalding hot in the evening with cold water in the morning-regardless of how we modulated it). Sloping mattress on one side. Otherwise, rooms were comfortable enough with a standard continental breakfast.

Shower made weird noise and the fire alarm went off if the water temperature was too high. The bathroom also smelled like sewer water and no matter how much cleaned or spray was used the smell did not leave.

The hotel is near a lot of other hotels so pick wisely. The hotel is ok but it is older and the bed was not great. Anyone with medical issues such as a bad back should look for other places with plush mattresses.

Loved having hot breakfast every morning , the lighting in the rooms was nice , beds are comfy , carpet is dirty could be cleaned because I like walking barefoot but other than that it was a good experience
