The room was not comfortable and there was only hot water in the sink. Also the shower was too hot. The parking is complicated and the service was not good.

Dogs barking at 7 am. Seriously?
No one told me this was a dog pension instead of a Holiday Inn.
Nevertheless not as bad as I thought but very,very old and too expensive for what it not is. The room I got was a mall and Ferris wheel view , considered an upgrade but since it must have been before the revolution they cleaned the windows you couldn’t recognize much. So I cthanked them and went to the other side which had cleaner windows and a nice volcano view. The room was spacious and nice, coffee maker and water provided but really old. The sofa had visible stains (yukkk) and the table must have been like 50 years old. They had dogs barking in one room, very bizarre. In general it was very quiet and pleasant. Staff was proactive and helpful. Strange you have to ask for toiletries at the front desk instead of just putting them in the bathroom. Penny pinchers at a 4 star level aren’t really welcome . Especially not when you’re an IHG member. I probably won’t return although all hotels I’ve seen in Mexico were more or less unsatisfactory except for the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City…but that’s 10x more expensive. Well, enjoy …

It is conveniently located besides a small shopping center and close to a big commercial area. At the same time not far from downtown and other busy spots.

The location of the property is excellent. It is just a short drive to the Puebla Historical Center and surrounded by high-end shopping venues. We were fortunate to be accommodated in a room with an incredible view to the Popocatépetl Volcano. The staff is incredibly helpful and provide and top-notch service. However, the facilities need a well-needed overhaul. The rug all over the hotel need to be replaced like YESTERDAY. The bathrooms inside the rooms are screaming really loud to be refitted. A good investment will turn a better profit. I hope that in next year’s visit things have changed.

We have stayed several times at this hotel and we have been happy each time. The food at breakfast is very good with lots of choice.

Great stay, we needed a quiet, comfortable place to spend a restful night while being able to have good internet connection and this was perfect.
We were surprised that they did not have any extra coffee pouches when we asked.

Es un hotel que cumple con todos los requerimientos, a pesar de ya tener muchos años de existir. El restaurante súper rico, las camas son las más cómodas que he probado, y la ubicación es excelente para ir a las zonas de mayor desarrollo.

Nice location, near theater and places to eat. They even have a casino right in front of the hotel! Very very nice.

The only thing I had an issue with was the shower. Unfortunately it was in need of maintenance. Getting the water to shoot out of the shower head instead of the tub was complicated because the button wouldn’t budge easily.

As always the Holiday Innn properties in Neckco never disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, the location was great. The buffet breakfast had many choices. They had someone serve you as you went through the line. Location, location, location.
