Hotel was good but surprised that no tea/coffee facilities in the room which i feeling is a must in this day and age

Lovely clean hotel big room and massive bathroom just had to change due to location too far from central berlin

Personnel very kind and supporting. Location close to the highway very easy to find and reach. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast at 12,50 euro. Good Restaurant open at night but closed on Sunday.

Excellent value for a big, nice room with a little refrigerator (and a minibar), in a quiet residential area, close to a tram ( runs every 10 min).

I like the vintage style and the staff is friendly!

Water in the bath was green like a swamp and house house keeping came into my room twice in the morning while i was still in bed. 8am and 10 am....

Lock down means water tank probably went green. At least that's what I assume was responsible for the colour of the water in my room. I was told I was the only one complaining and I'd understand if it was a shade off clear, but it was really very dirty/yellowish-green, more like collected rain water... Toilet dirty as a result, but also had a black stain on a towel and cleaning was rather falling short... Anyhow, things are upside everywhere so maybe they'll get back on track, but for now I would avoid. Restaurant shut I assume early but told me they closed the kitchen 7mn before I called which would have been 9.20pm which is a bit of an odd time... It just felt like no one wanted to be there... There are other options around I have enjoyed more. And the water issue needs to be fixed!! Granted it was cheap, but at least it should be clean...

It was okay nothing special. The room was enough big, clean, but it isn’t a four stars hotel. I did not find any information of facilities ( breakfast, gym...etc) No tee or coffe.

Good value, right next to tram stop, about 15 mins from Potsdam station.

Staff wasn't very nice, more blasé or ironic. No air condition I’m the room, breakfast mostly contained different meats but the coffee was good. No water boiler available. Spacious room and toilet.

No air conditioning. Wifi didn't work in room. That's all llĺĺllllllĺlllllĺ

Location, close to FRA international Airport. Friendly staff was able to communicate in English (Apologies that I do not speak or understand the local language.

The rooms are very clean and nice but are basic. The staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. Food is great but the menu is in German only. The area it’s self is not really for tourists. However it is quite and there is a tram across from the hotel which can take you to Potsdam town center which has excellent rail links to Berlin and all over Germany.

Easy check in, no problems. Room typical of Germany, good facilities, clean, well presented. No iron in the hotel room was my only criticism.

We could have stayed a few more days to explore more thoroughly some of the marvelous historical buildings and architecture Potsdam has to offer.

Overall it was a good hotelroom and a very big one. We had a room with handicap ability even though we didnt need it. Free parking, nice staff.The only thing I thought was negative was that the ventilation could have been a litle better, it was a litle hot in the room (32°C outside), and the room had a bad smell but not unbearable.

Wide room, location with good public transport, friendly staff

This was a very good hotel. No frills, but all the necessities are there. Very well located on the tram and bus stop; 15 minute commute to the Griebnitzsee S-Bahn station and university campus. Beware that this makes the location very noisy - if youre staying when its warm and need to have the windows open during the night, bring earplugs. However the windows are extremely well sound-proofed so its not a problem otherwise. I had an accessible room (though I dont need it) and it seemed much more accessible than other accessible rooms Ive stayed in - with call buttons everywhere and wide doorways. It was impressive. WiFi was also great.
