Everyone was amazing, kind, helpful, beautiful hotel.

A good place to stay in NYC, very spacious and close to all the things. Not a lot of common space, in case you come with a big group.

10/10 experience from start to finish. Incredibly kind and helpful front desk and a beautiful and clean room. Can’t wait to stay again.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was pretty big, especially for NYC. The beds were comfortable and they provided water bottles each day. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants when we asked and called a cab when we needed a ride. Also the location was excellent for getting to all the sites of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

1 night business stay

The hotel is well-located, recently renovated, but what especially stands out is the service. The desk staff were wonderful, welcoming, and very helpful.

Incredible boutique hotel in the “NoMad” district. Great restaurants within 500 feet of the entrance. Superior service and a great decor. I will definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in. Room was very nice and roomy. A little loud throughout much of the early morning from a business next door.

Very nice hotel. We had four nights in a room with a perfect view of the Empire State Building. Great area right on Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Would love to come back.

There was no vending machines in the hotel to get a soda. No real coffee in the room, just awful Nepresso. Staff was kind, room was clean but I literally was deprived of a decent cup of coffee and a Diet Coke. Had to walk blocks for coffee and a Coke.

We stayed for halloween. The staff was very friendly.

Amazing, staff was terrific

Shower was old, small and in need of updating. Only enough hot water for one shower. No makeup mirror for these old eyes.

Great location a block north of Maddison Square Park, on the Nomad section of Broadway that has recently been redesigned without cars and with outdoor seating instead. Friendly reception staff. Spacious room with lots of storage space. Comfortable bed. Quite noisy from subway and street. Whilst I support the move away from single-use plastics, the toiletries in the shower were fixed to the wall high above my head which was very difficult to use - you’d need to be about 6’6” to find it easier and most of us aren’t that tall! It’s a great place to stay but very expensive.

Bed comfortable

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean and unlike many hotels in New York you get some coffee and Easter every day which is nice. We stayed at the deluxe room and it was very loud both nights. The staff tried to help but it was extremely hard to sleep there

What a great location! Our room was so spacious and beautiful. We appreciated having restaurants and coffee right next door, and we loved how quiet our room was for sleeping. Staff were wonderful. We would most definitely stay here again.

We were allocated room 1202 and the check-in receptionist mentioned that she was sure we’d be pleased. We were! The room has a great view of the Empire State Building - and it has it’s own terrace/balcony- so you can sit outside with a coffee or glass of wine and enjoy the view. Room was clean, bed is comfy, shower has good water pressure and the housekeeping staff are every bit as friendly & professional as the front desk.

This is a very nice property in all aspects - modern, clean, spacious and excellent staff. It is worth the premium price.

Stayed here for several days. Location is excellent, easy walking distance to many sights, restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious for our family.

The hotel is conveniently located in midtown with two excellent restaurants with outdoor dining located next door and across the street. The lobby looks recently renovated and was always fully staffed with a team at the desk and a concierge. Our room was recently renovated and very comfortable, clean, and bright. In-room amenities of a refrigerator, nespresso machine, bottled water, tea kettle and snacks was an unexpected and lovely treat. We would definitely stay there the next time we return to NYC.

Pros: Location and dining options around the hotel are excellent. Loved the cool vibe of the area. Lobby is nice, but nothing special. Hotel staff is friendly and opened the door often when entering and leaving property. The view of the Empire State Building was really nice. The size of the room was good. Cons: The room was very tired and needs updating. The bathroom was especially dated with old bathtub and shower combo with mildew stains the tile. It wasn’t dirty, just old. The caulking around the tub was sloppy. I believe we got an old room that had not been updated. We inquired about changing our room. The staff stated they were sold out. We also inquired about late checkout and the staff stated they were sold out. However, I checked online and rooms were available. We also paid for an extra night because we were coming in early in the morning and wanted to be sure we had a place to stay and not have to wait for check in. I wrote the hotel before we came and told them this. They wanted to know when we would be arriving and to let them know if this time changed. While we did enjoy our stay, we felt it would have been better had the hotel been a bit more accommodating and changed our room. Also, it would have been nice to let us stay a couple extra hours, especially since we paid the extra night. It just seemed like they really didn’t care.
