We loved our stay at this hotel, it was in a great location to the main streets of Positano as well as both beaches. We had some airport dramas and delays, and the team immediately organised a transfer for us and support. The team provided great recommendations for restaurants and were just genuinely so kind and helpful. Would definitely return as the location, room, views and hospitality was amazing.

The view and location are perfect, it’s close to the port, beaches, you have to take at least 80-100 stairs to get to the center of Positano. It’s good for Positano because you have to prepare yourself for the stairs:) The room is smaller than I thought and the bathroom too, bu it’s clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff is helpful and kind, overall it’s worth to stay here

It’s worth saying first and foremost, every hotel in Positano is expensive so we kind of just accepted that before we arrived. However, I just couldn’t make the cost per night match the condition of the hotel - reception area was nice but the room was just ‘ok’ considering the per night price tag - we stayed at much nicer hotels along the Amalfi coast for a 1/5 of the price. But as I say - this is the case in all of Positano. I can’t comment on breakfast as it wasn’t included in the room cost (madness!) but what I will say is that the staff were fantastic, and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Amazing property on the main road. Be sure to use the porter service for luggage as there are a lot of steps to go up/down to get to main port/beach/town.

My husband and I met my family in Positano for a one night stay. The staff were so accommodating and helpful when we checked in, and the room was fantastic! The view was breathtaking, and my husband and I agreed we needed to come back for a longer stay at Positano Art Hotel. With convenient location for drop off along with proximity to the city center, it is the perfect place to stay in Positano!

Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Parking is difficult anywhere in Positano, but there was a very close lot and the lot staff picked up and dropped off the car for us. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Perfect size hotel in a great location. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and fresh. View of the sea was very nice. Breakfast had a variety of options.

Very charming place with a very friendly and helpful staff. We were lucky enough to have a large patio overlooking the water and town below which we really enjoyed. The rooms are a bit dated, but seemed well taken care of. There is a modest complimentary breakfast in the lobby which is a nice touch given how busy the streets of Positano can get. The gentlemen at the front desk offer fantastic local restaurant suggestions just minutes away from the hotel. The walk into downtown Positano is about 25 minutes uphill and downhill and on narrow streets. We really enjoyed the walk, but if you are physically challenged it would be very difficult if not impossible to make the walk. There is a bus system in town that can get pretty crowded. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and hated to leave.

This hotel was amazing on every level. They rescued my daughter and i from other accomodation that was a travellers nightmare and could not do enough to help us. The staff had a mercedes pick us up and take us to this beautiful hotel. On entry we were greeted like family and only wish we could stay longer. Location was aweome not too many stairs to town. I would eccomend this to any traveller.

The front desk staff was rude on multiple occasions. First off they told us they needed to hang onto our passports and to go up to our rooms and come back down to get them later.. there is no reason for that. It should take two seconds to make a copy of passports. We needed taxis arranged on two occasions, on both occasions the front desk man was irritated that we asked and seemed bothered. He was also rude when he asked where we were going for dinner and it wasn’t one of the 3 restaurants he recommended. The bar was just as rude when we were needing cups to take back to the room because we had our own wine vs buying drinks from them. In fact so rude that they even mentioned us not buying drinks from them. The property was average and did not look like the pictures online and definitely overpriced.

Stayed for 7 days with our girls aged 9&5. Staff is incredible helpful and friendly. Hotel is super clean and rooms are modern. Great location on quiet section of Viale Positea which we loved. Will return next year!!

A gorgeous well maintained property overlooking the beautiful waters of Positano. The woman at the front desk( I don't remember her name but she's always there) was pleasant and very helpful about getting around the town. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start your day

This hotel is worth every penny. Very clean. Luxurious amenities and fantastic view! Extremely helpful, joyful staff! We came back after 20 years and it was just as wonderful!
