The best hotel in our 3 week road strip though BE DE CH IT and FR, the friendliest staff and room is fantastic, definitely a thumb up!

Such a beautiful stay. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Free parking was super easy to locate over the weekend/evening. Very close to the river and old town/ castle. The gym was also well equipped with everyone you would need. Hotel staff went out of their way to make me feel special on my birthday. I had a great visit and would come back again in a heart beat.

We recently stayed at your hotel and just wanted to compliment the entire management & the staff for making our staying at your property a memorable and enjoyable experience. In our opinion, your hotel is a 4 star hotel and we really loved the architecture & room decor, atrium space, breakfast restaurant space and bar lounge, etc. Amazing breakfast each morning was presented with many fresh food options & drink selections and with very efficient service. This experience reminded us of when we went to a 5 star all-inclusive resort. All staff were fabulous but wanted to recognize Ms. Scholler & Ms. Ilaria Catulo from guest relations and Mr. Oliver Lomas from breakfast restaurant team for their above and beyond service provided to make our staying at NHC very comfortable.
In the future, we will definitely seek out other NHC properties on our future international travels!

Loved this hotel, huge beautiful rooms that feel luxurious, large lobby with lots of lounge areas if you need to work or relax. Breakfast was good. It’s about a 15-20min walk to Heidelberg old town but if you don’t want to walk, there are nearby bus stops. Parking onsite is convenient. Overall I found this hotel excellent value for money

Just stayed the one night as part of a longer trip. Our rooms were clean and comfortable also very quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff provided us with an iron and ironing board without a second request. We love the green initiative to save room cleaning with a free bar drink.

Very nice hotel and amenities, near the old town and the river side.

The area has several spots going under construction that it was too noisy.
The air-conditioning system automatically goes out at certain temperatures and cannot be controlled individually we had to call the reception several times to get the answer that they can provide a ventilator fan.
However we would like to note that little presents for our kids were very friendly and the staff at the reception were also very professional and friendly when checking in and out.

A/C in room did not work at all. Wa unbearably hot both nights. A new room was prepped for us, but finally not communicated (points for trying though)
No kitchen for lunch/dinner. A “partner” restaurant around corner, but didn’t accept credit cards (who doesent do that?kr

The hotel was beautiful and clean but the air didn’t work well in our room and the bed was hard as a rock. I would stay there again because of the convenience and location.

This is my third time staying and each time the room was a hot mess - literally. There is no way in their rooms (which are always too warm, winter and summer) to control the temperature except for by opening the windows which in Summer means letting in swarms of insects and in winter you have to sleep with the windows open and snow outside.
I do not understand why the rooms are always too warm.

The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation after our previous booking fell through.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future.

This is a lovely property staffed by a friendly and hard working team. We had some small issues at check in but they were quickly resolved and we had a wonderful 3 day stay. Everyone here made Heidelberg feel like home!

Beautiful hotel in historic building with a very quiet neighborhood all very close to everything in the city. Parking is very easy and if full they allow you park in the staff area. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in our travels.A/C works great and the bed was very comfortable. Pet friendly. We will be back.

The hotel was lovely and it had a very complete and delicious breakfast. We had drinks in the bar and the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
