The Good:
Check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel offers movies by the pool almost every night and plenty of activities for kids, which is a great touch. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including pancakes, toast, eggs, cereal, and rotating specials like biscuit's and gravy or corned beef hash. The room was standard, but I appreciated the addition of a bench for suitcases. The price I paid in all was great ($384 for 3 nights). It was also nice that the hotel wasn’t crowded during my stay.
The Not-So-Good:
There were a few issues that affected our stay. First, the front desk staff gave me a WiFi password, but it turned out that one wasn’t needed for guests to connect—this created unnecessary confusion. The room lacked a TV guide or any information on amenities, which made it difficult to know what was available and when.
The bathroom door was a major issue: it wouldn’t stay open, and both my daughter and I ended up hurting our fingers because it slammed shut unexpectedly. For families with children, this could be a serious safety concern.
Additionally, the pool with the water slide wasn’t heated, which limited its use during cooler weather. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were noticeably stained and could use a deep cleaning. Finally, there were no vending machines on my floor, which was inconvenient—especially for those who don’t feel comfortable drinking water from a bathroom sink.

Amazing stay staff was helpful with any questions, always smiling. Breakfast was on point every time. Could not think of any downside of our stay at all. Really like how all three hotels connect with their pools. Definitely our new spot to stay at when in Orlando!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pools are great. And I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning!

The breakfast is wonderful good for family but I think it too much resort fees per a day because all the amenities was not working only the pool the zip line wasn’t working we didn’t get to play golf because of weather

Really impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone staff member we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be at work, and genuinely happy to be of assistance. This is a great example of culture done right.

The room they gave me had mold. The room it self was clean the sheets was clean and fixed neatly but the building needs updating. The elevator not working properly their was literally mold paint craving off the wall in the room. They're is legally only 1 entrance in the hotel. So if any case of emergency this would be a horrible outcome. The workers was all nice and professional. They made the stay comfortable to tolerate. I don't know if the floor i was on was the only floor that had this problem but the owners need to go and visit their property.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was very welcoming. Eating Area was clean. Bathroom was a bit outdated but fine. Bedroom door and bathroom door were a bit troublesome as when the bathroom door opened up, it would not allow our bedroom door to open if we wanted to leave our bedroom door. Thank goodness it was one of us trying to exit our bedroom.

Pools were great. Breakfast was great. I only have a couple of complaints - the gym temperature was typically quite warm, so increased air conditioning would make it much better. The water fountain water was even warm. And the televisions had very limited channels and were incorrectly labelled on the tv.

Absolutely amazing as always! This is my families go to hotel every time we are in the area which is almost once a month. The breakfast is delicious and has a great variety!

It is a below avg place. It has 2 elevators of which one was broken whole 5 days i was stayed. Then 2nd one also broke for couple of hours which made it horrible. In between water line was broken for few hours on one day. it was much below my expectation. Disappointing. IHG group hotels are getting worse!

The property is very nice and clean, and the grounds are well maintained. The location is great, there are so many restaurants and stores close by. I wish that when you checked in they would tell you all the things that the property has to offer and what is available to you. I also would like there to be something in your room that tells you what the nightly entertainment is instead of having to always look down in the lobby.

We were not happy at this hotel. Upon checkin the room darkening shade was totally broken. They moved us to another room. The room was small. The bathroom had a bad order and I found out it was the shower curtain that needs to be changed as it's old and smells!!! When we went back to our room after being out all day their was no room service... WHY??? I went down to the front desk and I told them we had no room service. The lady wanted to argue with me. She showed me a paper the the cleaning people fill out and it said we had the privacy sign on the door.. Guess what? We took the sign off the door at 8:30 in the morning when we left. So they had to send towels up to the room and said the room would be cleaned within the hour. Again GUESS WHAT??? They never cleaned our room and we were their two nights.. I suggest you look elsewhere for a room as this place is not even ONE STAR!!!

The property is good for family, but they need to clean their carpets is smells and it's very dusty. The air conditioner has a lot of dirt and mole I was wondering why my nose was so stuffy. Also the heating system in the AC doesn't work either, sometimes after coming from the pool
We want to warm up a little.
All Of the housekeeping staff don't speak English I had to use my translator app to communicate to them. Plus they clean your room late you can be gone all morning come back by 1 or 2 and the room is still not tidy you have to call to request it. We did inform management about the dirty dusty AC she was kind enough to return our resort fee for our whole stay, but I hope they clean their AC because someone with allergies and Asthma can get affected. The room can use an upgrade I stayed at other IHG hotels as a IHG member and can see the difference.
The good thing is there is a lot of restaurants, walmart and the liquor store is 5 minutes away, Orlando studios is 30 minutes away everything is near by.

One and most important is the carpet inside the room and hallways dirty with stains and bad smell specially when you get in to our room.
Second in the lobby the people that work across the concierge offered free give for a tour in their resort which we don’t recommend if you don’t take what they sell to you they got mad and no gifts like they said they told us 90 minutes to us were 3 hours bad experience

Staff was friendly and although I traveled without kids there is plenty of fun activities for families at the hotel. Many shopping and dining options nearby. Hotel was pretty clean but the smell on our floor was horrible. Smelled of urine. Needless to say the rooms and amenities were clean

We were excited to stay in this hotel for our visit to Disney because Holiday Inn Express has always been great. This was a completely different experience. The hotel is filthy. Take my advice and choose a different hotel.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds. The beds were fine and comfortable. The really bad part was the bathroom. The door could not be closed without much effort and a loud bang. The water measure was almost non-existent. The was barely enough to wash one's face and taking a shower was a real challenge. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express properties before and were very pleased. Thank goodness we had only booked one night at this property. We did not enjoy our stay at all.
