Hotel was very clean and staff was nice. Our room had a very overwhelming stink to it, not sure the reason. The bed was pretty uncomfortable as well.

Came for a soccer tournament. The place is clean and comfortable. I love the breakfast here and the cafeteria area was kept super clean and the coffee hot.
This hotel is close to at least 3 restaurants that you don’t have to cross the street to. Movie theater across the street. I would stay here again.

The staff was incredible. Every person I interacted with spoke to me and asked how my stay was. The GM was there and proactive what seemed like 24/7. However, every one of my towels had hair on them which was not super welcome.

Wonderful hotel with friendly service. Have stayed a few times and each time was great. Great breakfast in the morning as well.

As soon as I checked in. I noticed a mildew musty smell in my room. The front desk sent housekeeping to the room. She came in and actually said musty before I could say what was wrong. She sprayed a lot of febreeze in the room. She advised the front desk who told me they would put some type of air machine when I went out to clear the air. Once I returned and turned the AC on the smell came back. There was no offer to move me to another room. I had to turn off the AC when I went to sleep in order to avoid the smell. I once again advised the front desk upon me checking out. No apology was given. He simply said I'll report this to maintenance. It was the same person I spoke to on the phone. This is my second encounter with Holiday Inn and will likely be my last.

The hotel was an older hotel. The rooms are what you would expect with an older hotel. The bathroom had a urine smell and the shower wasn’t that clean. You could hear people in the halls and jn the bathroom above or beside you while in the room.

Was not able to stay. The hotel didn’t have power. Not the property fault. Hotels.com told all was good but once we got there the staff was friendly and supportive

The staff at Holiday Inn Express Greenville made our stay exceptional. From the front desk, the awesome breakfast bar attendants, to the housekeeping - everyone had a smile, and kind conversation, and positive attitude that made us feel at home. On top of that, the hotel was quiet and extra clean. This is a must stay if you're in the Greenville area.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Located around a ton of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and the two lady’s down there running it were so so kind, greeted you, made sure you got food and kept the area super clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We liked the close proximity to restaurants, stores and the highway. The friendly atmosphere of all the staff and the fact that we got a upgrade was a huge bonus!

Drove down to Greenville to visit family with wife and kids and when we arrived the front desk was immediately helpful , checked us rite in with no hesitation . The room was comfortable for a family of six and in a great location with many shopping centers around.

What impressed us most was the lovely ladies working the breakfast. The kindest, friendliest, most helpful, genuine ladies. They made me feel like family! The breakfast was outstanding too--be sure to grab a warm cinnomon roll!

The area around the hotel isn’t very walker friendly. Very long cross walks with minimal allocated crossing time. Would be better to drive around this area IMO. The hotel itself is well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had some decent options, but at the end of the day it’s hotel breakfast. Good value considering it’s included with your hotel room. The air conditioning works very well and the beds are super comfortable. I would book a room here again.

Great hotel with an indoor pool and an excellent breakfast. It was perfect for us and our three girls. It also was a short drive to downtown.

The staff was very friendly thankfully it was clean and they are pet friendly my dog was extra noisy and they accommodated me. Best stay breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel
