It was quiet and right next to the a good mall.

Left a pair of earbuds in my room and they werent turned in to lost and found by the cleaners.

Staff very nice and informative. Good Freeway access.

We were pleased with everything about this hotel. They take great care of the whole premises even with keeping security around the property. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay, the rooms were pretty clean (stayed in 2 different rooms during the week). Both shower heads hadn’t been cleaned, maybe ever. The breakfast was great, compared to most hotel breakfasts. Pool area was clean and cool but definitely needed some air flow. Close to the mall, with lots of food choices nearby. Overall, 4.5 stars considering the cost. Will stay there again.

Convenient location, quiet, no strangers wandering around. Great breakfast. Offers a swimming pool & small gym. Suite has plenty of space, sufficient air conditioning. Great size fridge, however, it was barely working, which isn't fun when returning from outdoor temps at 100F. Overall, it is a great hotel, especially comparing to others in the area. Would stay again.

Larry was an absolute professional and fun dude to boot! Although management and I started off on the wrong foot due to a double booking Amy was very gracious and handled her self professionally taking care of the issue on her own. Kids had an absolute blast in the pool and the breakfasts were fresh and hot! The only complaint we had was the room was previously a smoking room and the filter in the air handler needs replaced due to the second hand smoke. Even with this we would and do plan on staying again! Thanks Best Western for living up to the name.. the Best!

Staff was very friendly, clean room and good breakfast!

I reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull-out couch to accommodate us for our 4 night stay. We arrived at the property at about 12:30am. We walked into room 219, and there was no couch. Just a chair in place of where the couch should be. So my husband returned to the front desk and explained to the staff member that there's no couch in the room, so she checked us into a different room. This was extremely frustrating at 1am with young kids and full arms. As we entered room 224 my face turned to disgust with the odor in the room and disappointment as that room was smaller than the original room we were in. Typically I'd return to the front desk to have this issue resolved, but with it being so late I honestly didn't have the energy or patience so we settled with the room. Throughout our stay the smell didn't dissipate, it smelled like the room had been smoked in. The shower has great water pressure. The view out the window is nothing but a brick wall about 15 feet away, we didn't mind too much, but the room had minimal natural light. The room was pretty clean, the beds were ok. Other than the pull out bed, that bed was in rough shape. The pool area was clean, hot tub was hot and pool towels were stocked. The breakfast was great. The restrooms off the lobby are not well kept. The cable TV didn't work, when we contacted the front desk they said they were working on getting it fixed, though it wasn't fixed by the end of our stay.

This is a nice Hotel that I stay at everytime I fly in from Hawai'i. The staff is friendly and I can always count on the pool and fitness center being open. The rooms are clean and quiet most of the time and the biscuits and gravy really hit the spot every morning. The women who work the kitchen in the mornings are motivated workers that provide a steady flow of food so all guests can enjoy a good meal.

The man at the front desk that checked me in was so nice and helpful. The girl later that night was sleeping in the back and the bell was behind something and I didn't see it . She acted like it was rude of me to interrupt her nap. .cable was out my entire stay.

Staff was friendly & very helpful & went above & beyond to get me out of a jam on check-in. Room was clean & spacious. Complimentary breakfast was impressive with a lot of fresh options. Shuttle requires 8 hr advance notice to pick you up from the airport which put me in a predicament with my last minute booking. I have no real complaints, I enjoyed my stay.

Nice and clean and very comfortable bed and couch kids love it. We had a great time. Definitely recommend it. We will come back someday again 😎

Room was clean, breakfast was pretty good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Lotsa options, and staff kept it full and clean.

Dogs allowed in hotel could hear barking not a big fan

When I got there , I was on the ground floor, I have stayed at this hotel for 5 years, trying to up my stays since I retired. There was a wall behind the curtains the toilet was so low it was hard to get up, I had to ask for a shower mat because I almost fell. My room# 118. The first night I had to ask for supplies. The staff friendly, breakfast good. I made reservations for September, and 2nd floor with a view, I couldn't see the sun.

Sheets dirty-housekeeping had went home form night but Gen. Mgr. came in and changed the bed. Coffee maker did not work, microwave was not plugged in so had to move heavy bureau to get to plug. Staff is exceptional, efficient, aim to please, and committed to your comfort. Could use new mattresses.

I stay for tonight and they I haven't changed the bad sheet.The pool had mold
